I see it in her art at the gallery and when she teaches. Her encouragement and guidance has given this beginner the courage to step out of the comfort zone , to try new techniques, and broaden my artistic experience .”
“We hosted an anniversary party at Thomas Studios - it was the perfect unique location for a really special and intimate occasion. The studio has a beautiful outdoor space perfect for entertaining, a very spacious interior for seating - with the perfect laid back laguna chic vibe to the entire venue. Shaun and his Studio Manager Lili were amazing to work with and worked tirelessly to make our event special. I would definitely host there again!”

“Had the pleasure of walking through this gallery over the weekend and it was amazing. Karen not only knows the artists but understands the art as well, going as far as knowing where to stand to give us the best visual experience. She gave detailed information on the media used by the artists and the intent behind the pieces displayed. Although I was not looking to buy a piece this past weekend, having someone knowledgeable to give some additional guidance is a such a plus when wanting to fully enjoy what the artist is placing before you! “This review is long overdue. Just wanted to express my gratitude towards The Dawson Cole Museum and in particular Jason who made my family feel extremely welcomed during our road trip to Laguna Beach. Not being locals we were particularly excited to come on a weekend of which Laguna holds its annual art walk. To our surprise it was extremely dead in regards to attendance and most galleries closed early that night. We managed to view about four galleries of which we encountered staff who seemed uninterested in engaging with us due to the lack of attendees. Once we reached the Dawson as our last stop the vibe completely changed for the better as we were presented with a great collection of the most unique sculptures and paintings. Jason, who was managing the gallery that night, was extremely inviting and attentive towards my family as he was super enthusiastic to talk about certain pieces. We instantly felt right at home as we were able to not feel the pressure of having to get in and out as quickly as possible. We even got some great recommendations on some local restaurants and bars that we visited that same weekend. I am deeply thankful for the warmth and hospitality of the Dawson Cole team. Thank you so much for making our trip memorable and fun!”
“The staff was very helpful and warm. They did an amazing job cleaning up a dusty old print and fixing any folds in it. They were also helpful in finding a frame I loved within my budget. The final product was perfect! I only wish they were open on a weekend day or a little later during the week so I wouldn’t have to go on a lunch break.”
“Visiting the gallery is a must for art and marine-life enthusiasts. The gallery has a variety of sculptures, drawings, paintings, and photographs to showcase the magnificence of the ocean and Mother Nature by a world-renowned artist: Wyland. We visited over the weekend and took our time admiring all the pieces given that the crowds were on the beach. We were still able to admire the beach from the second story of the gallery while we viewed the sculptures in the patio.The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. We were made to feel welcome. Who knows, if you're lucky enough, you might just see Wyland himself there as he sometimes visits or paints when he's in town.”

“I found them somehow on google after spending weeks trying to find a mirror that was close to my specific dimensional needs. I drove 50 miles each way, twice, to visit this store and I'm so happy I did. They custom made me the most beautiful mirror for my wall. I've never seen a larger selection of frames anywhere! (and I used to be in the framing business) Their website is a bit confusing, but going to their location was 100% worth it!! I will definitely take the drive down there for any other framing or mirror needs in the future! It's also great to support a small business. Their prices were way less than I was expecting (and for a custom made piece, it was no more than the online pre-made prices) and their turn around time, even during the holidays, was super fast!!!! You can't go wrong visiting them!”

Likewise, he also showcases the work of other local artists.The gallery is hard to miss as it's right on PCH east of Pepper Tree Street.”

They assisted in all of the art in our new home in San Juan Capistrano as well as creating a very special mounting for our 450 year old Jesus crucifix from Ecuador. “Bruce is Bruce. He's an expert and Experts do get defensive when their expertise is challenged. I don't always agree with him. But I appreciate all he has done to establish and restore the faith in the authenticity of some Dali art. Before you rip him to shreds on the internet do your research. He stood up in court and held his position against a huge corporation he discovered hawking counterfeit Dali. This was actually in a court of appeals in which his observations were found to be true. So even if you don't like him know that he's probably done more than anyone to make sure the consumer is getting the real thing when it comes to Salvador Dali art.”

One outstanding attribute of Wanugee I noticed more this time; he doesn't read the future so much as take a genuine care and thoughtfulness in his client meeting. This is quite empathetic bearing that nobody (guessing) goes into a fortune consultation whistling sunshine and rainbows prior to meeting. Good dude.”
