Advantis is the best!!! I was referred to Trevor Hayes at Advantis Insurance by State Farm when they couldn’t insure our home. Best referral ever! Not only did Trevor get us unbelievable coverage but he and his team have been the most responsive and professional agency I’ve experienced. Definitely contact Trevor at Advantis if you want to work with the best!

I used this agency for 2 cars and home insurance. The first couple years were what I expected to get from an insurance agent, goodcommunication. That changed once we decided to move, sell a car and ask for new quotes on a new house and a new car. I emailed my agent Trevor multiple times with no reply and left a message. I just called the office to cancel my last car insurance with them and found out he still works there.He was good to start out but it all changed once we moved. Maybe that was part of the problem but I will never know because he never called/emailed me about it.

I wouldn't use any other agency but Advantis Insurance Services! For almost a decade, Agent Trevor Hayes has been an incredible Insurance Agent to have on my side. Not only does he always take care of me and my policies, assuring I always have the best coverage for the lowest price. He also takes care of the many people I send his way, many who had horrible experiences with agents in the past. He always checks in to see how everything is going and his follow up is second to none.

We have just purchased our first home and didn't really have any idea of how to go about doing anything. I knew that getting homeowner's insurance was part of the escrow process and had done some research to figure out what the best way to get the cheapest rate while also having great coverage. I read that going through a brokerage would provide me many great options and a way to compare prices.I worked with Trevor Hayes, and can only say great & positive things, just like the other reviews here. I originally went through yelp to find a brokerage and asked for Trevor directly, after seeing all his 5 star reviews, and he did not disappoint. He was very responsive to my emails and calls, extremely courteous, high energy, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with whatever decision I made. He made the process sooo easy and gave honest suggestions as to what coverages he would use with the expectations I had. He also wasn't pushy in any way whatsoever which are things I extremely dislike with any type of sales.If you want to work with a great insurance broker, make sure to ask for Trevor Hayes. You won't be disappointed.

I can’t say enough about Jordan from Advantis Insurance Services. He saved my husband and I several hundred on our auto and homeowners insurance and also got us more coverage on our business insurance for less.We had been with Farmers Insurance for over 20 years and my husband does not change anything easily or willingly, but after speaking with Jordan and seeing how messed up our homeowners coverage actually was combined with the savings and his excellent customer service, my husband was actually very quick to switch us over to Jordan.I can almost guarantee you that if Jordan reviews your insurance, he will save you money! I hope you will give him a shot and you can feel very comfortable referring him to friends, family and colleagues.

Brian and Trevor are total professionals in every sense of the word.They were extremely responsive and answered every single one of my hundred questions. We have worked with Advantis for our company Auto and Workers Compensation insurance. In both cases they were able to save us money for better coverage than the other options we looked at. I’ve had the BEST experience with using Trevor to help me with my insurance needs! I started with my Auto Policy, he told me I needed to upgrade my policy a bit. He added ‘uninsured motorist’ to my policy, and literally a year later an uninsured driver hit my car! I was SO thankful for his additions to my policy. I was FULLY covered. I completely trust his opinion on what he thinks is best for insurance needs. If you’re looking for someone to be 100% honest with you, Trevor is the one!
My husband and I bought our first house together and he of course he helped us with our homeowners insurance. I highly recommend reaching out to Trevor Hayes, one of the more interesting and professional insurance brokers I have encountered.
Typically I do not give much thought to my professional liability insurance until the annual renewal time rolls around. This year I thought it warranted investing some time to explore options on coverage and costs.
Trevor was referred to my by a trusted friend who has used his services for many years. Trevor's expertise was obvious. But what I most appreciated was his professionalism. He was not just interested in selling me a policy. He kindly agreed to compare my existing policies with what he could offer. He explained small details between policies which I may have overlooked and misunderstood, but could have impact on me.
His people skills are excellent. He is nice. His follow up with small details is consistent, calls when he says he will, explains things in detail, and translates the insurance jargon in a way that empowers me to reliably compare different policies.
It is clear that Trevor understands the insurance business. But it is also clear that he likes his career and enjoys helping potential clients. It will be well worth anyone 's time to reach out to Trevor to discuss insurance matters.

I have two stories to share.
First, I referred one of my business clients to Trevor Hayes at Advantis. My client had recently received a quote for its commercial general liability policy from another agent and thought it might be high. I immediately referred the client to Trevor, who in turn procured some additional quotes. The conclusion? The quote the client had already received was pretty good and Trevor explained this in great detail. In business, that kind of honesty often gives way to snagging the sale at all costs. Trevor, however, oozes integrity, and that's why I will continue to refer all of my business clients to him.
Second, I had been with my auto insurance carrier for over 10 years. When my renewal came up, that carrier, in rather sterile fashion, informed me that my premium would increase annually by $600. No discussion. No "you've been a great customer for 10+ years so let's see what we can do." That didn't sit well with me and so I reached out to Josue Hernandez at Advantis so see what he could do. That same day Josue put in front of me two quotes from premier carriers that saved me that premium increase. And by the way, he did all of this OUTSIDE of normal business hours....something I certainly didn't expect. The result? Some no so good news turned into great news before the day was done.
