I recently had a frightening encounter with an individual driving a vehicle displaying the Action Tire and Co logo. This began when the person aggressively tailgated my car while flashing high beams, clearly attempting to intimidate me. Concerned for my safety, I tried to evade the aggressive driver by pulling into a nearby neighborhood, but the individual followed. Upon stopping, he parked his minivan next to mine, exited his vehicle, and began threatening physical harm to both me and my car. In response, I started recording the incident, which seemed to deter him from taking any violent actions.
He eventually returned to his vehicle and drove off. I then relocated to a nearby park to contact the police. However, the individual found me again and approached my car. Realizing I was speaking with the police, he quickly switched places with a passenger, who drove away swiftly. The behavior suggested he might have been trying to hide something, possibly alcohol or weapons, based on his erratic and aggressive actions.
This experience was terrifying, and it’s concerning that someone representing a business would behave in such a manner. For your safety and peace of mind, I would caution against engaging with this business, given the type of behavior displayed by one of their associated drivers.

Best shop to have anything done to your car or truck. These guys know what they are doing and are honest and will get the job done. You know you will be taken care of and know they are telling you the truth of what work needs to be done and best cost effective way to do it. Hard to find good mechanic these days. But these guys are the real deal.

Oh my goodness!!!! Just when you thought the days of an HONEST mechanic ?? were gone? Well, they are NOT over with owner Adam at Action Tire!!!!!
I was told by one mechanic that I needed something, and went to see Adam, who told me the TRUTH, which had NO BENEFIT FOR HIM at all except for being HONEST and saved me, a single mom of three boys $120 I didn’t need to spend!
It was VERY SURREAL to believe that we live in a world where people like Adam still exsist!
He ALSO helped my son, a full time student w/a broken down van ? keep it running WAY LONGER than anyone thought it could and all other mechanics refused to work on it because they couldn’t figure it out.
He is a GENIUS, and HONEST!
Seek him out!!!!!!

So I initially got a my fuel pump replaced here and the work was great. and I was happy. I felt some hesitation with the truck and asked if they could check my fuel pressure because it was under warranty. I was told it cost me an hour of labor to check for something I understood was initially under warranty. I hope they enjoyed charging me for that, I'll never ever come back and definitely won't be referring anybody to this business.

Called beforehand and they let me in 5 minutes before closing for a quick tire change. Responsive, good honest work/pricing, and definitely clutch. I would definitely come back and recommend these folks to anyone. Will and Armando awesome service, thanks guys!

I have never used this before but I have to let everyone know about t Action Auto on Via Fabricante in Mission Viejo. They are the most reliable and Honest shop I have ever used!They will actually tell you if there is nothing wrong with your car and if there is they will fix it for a reasonable amount and quickly. I have used them for years and would never use anyone else. If you have mechanical problems give them a try. You will not regret it. They are fantastic!!!!

This mechanic fixed my check engine light so I could pass smog. Will and the mechanics here are trustworthy, honest, and reliable. They do everything from car inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and smog tests. They really hooked me up.

Very grateful for this shop! My RV’s breaks went out on the freeway, and I wasn’t from around here so didn’t know where to get it towed to. I found them through a recommendation and saw the great reviews, I decided to get it towed after the shop was already closed. The staff were all so friendly and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had a great mechanic fix it first thing in the morning. I was back on the road within two hours!! Thank you so much!
