Accurate Auto tried to CHARGE me with a REPAIR that THEY ALREADY FIXED with my car from a previous job. I don't think I need to say more than that. That is just straight-up FRAUD and THEFT.

Friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I moved away and still come back to them. You can stop looking for some place and just come here.

Mike was the manager at the time and *** Mike was dishonest ***. Mike said my car was leaking oil and needed a valve gasket cover replaced. Well, Mike did not bother to look in the computer history to see that I ALREADY HAD MY VALVE GASKET COVER REPLACED A YEAR PRIOR by Accurate Auto. My car was fine! I just brought it in to have the brakes serviced. Mike was just trying to charge me more money/scam me. When I called Mike out this fact he rapidly tried to "backpedal" his way out of the conversation, stuttering something to the effect of "oh well...may it is under warranty...then...um" ended the phone call prematurely and then when I went to talk to him in person the mechanics pretended like Mike was not there. Mike was there because I know the car he drives, it was still parked by the shop. Shame on you Accurate Auto. You used to be a good shop but the ownership changed hands back in the day. I used to take all of my vehicles to your shop and refer you to my friends. Used to... Also Accurate Auto pays Yelp to remove the bad reviews (MY YELP REVIEW HAS CONVENIENTLY DISAPPEARED) so if you are reading this don't consider Yelp as that is a bad business model, they take money to remove bad reviews. I sleep soundly each night because I know I contribute to the wellness of society, I don't scam people and give mechanics a dirty reputation.Services: Auto brake repair

I brought in my 2001 Toyota Camry for a smog test and a few general repairs. I knew my catalytic converter might need replacing and it did. Mike and Will were both professional and so easy to deal with. They made sure I understood all the needed repairs and the price for all of the work was more than fair. They arranged for transportation for me, no problem. I had service in the past at Accurate and I knew where to go when I needed more service on my car. I would highly recommend using Accurate Auto Repair to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to get a Catalytic converter replacement due to a theft. I called them after the first shop gave a great price but when I pressed to make sure it was California compliant all of the sudden could not get the part. Well I called Accurate and their price was more than reasonable for the work. They did the work well and within a day. I will use this shop again. I do most of my own work, but they made me feel comfortable. Thank you.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Accurate auto told me my car needed a repair that in fact did not need to be repaired. Accurate had made the repair previously on my car, so I know for a fact it was fixed. They tried to make more money by being VERY dishonest (zero honesty to be "accurate"). My car was fine. Shame on Accurate Auto.

Accurate used to have honest mechanics. Over the past couple years the company has changed. They are dishonest now. I know cars. They told me I needed a repair that was not needed. They were dishonest. Unfortunately accurate auto can no longer be trusted.Service: Engine repair

I hardly ever write reviews, good or bad. Long story short I am writing a BAD review because I was lied to about my vehicle. I took my car for a tune up, Mike told me I needed a repair which was a LIE. The repair Mike told me I needed was the SAME repair a year previously from the SAME shop. Accurate auto already fixed the problem a year ago! Mike lied and told me I needed the same repair again. He did not even bother to look into the computer to see my vehicle history report. 100% lies from Accurate Auto just so they can make another buck. I took all my cars here for YEARS, and now I will never take my vehicles back here and I have stopped referring my friends to Accurate. In the long run this is how you loose money and business. All it takes is a single lie.Services: Tuning

It's hard to find honest, competent mechanics with fair pricing, these guys are all the above!Initially came here for an oil change and saw how clean and organized the shop was, have since had numerous services and repairs, will be coming here for all future mechanic needs.

One of the best experiences I've had with a car repair. I took in my Camaro because there was an annoying sound coming from the rear every time I accelerated. I came into the shop without an appointment but the front office was very attentive and promised to inspect my car and see what the problem was. I felt it was my wheel bearings but they found it to be completely something else. They gave me a flat charge to fix that and I was out the same day. These guys are honest, do an amazing job, and will not try to give you something you absolutely don't need. I highly recommend them.

Mike was very helpful and prices are great compared to next door. Got my total break job for front for Audi A7. Was very kind said I can come back and get a free inspection of the rear breaks.

Once again Ric gave me the honest answer about my car. Bought a used car and the oil sensor light problem is due to old oil not low oil or bad sensor. I take all five of my cars to Ric.
