Went in with my girlfriend, kept getting dirty looks the whole time and when we went to pay they said that someone had switched the price tag on some pants we were trying to buy the manager ( a guy ) with the curly hair said that they couldn’t honor the price It felt very judgmental and discriminatory ( we are Hispanic) the vibe most workers were giving off was as if that they thought we switched it then to top it off they charged us incorrectly, we had to go back to fix it. Safe to say we won’t be coming back .

I came to pick up an order. It took a few minutes to be helped even though someone saw me approach the register. She said someone would be with me in a few even though she saw me approach. I guess she didn't need to know what I needed. Another person came up and asked if I was picking up an order so I nodded. I gave her my name and she went to grab my order. I rarely shop at A&F these days but they had these gorgeous cotton dresses that were perfect for the summer so I had to buy another one on sale. Say what you will, but decently made clothing that fit your body type and height is hard to find. Service was okay but I definitely will order online so I don't need to step into another store.

I went in today to try on jeans. Shortly after a women employee unlocked the changing room door for me a male employee knocked on the door. Loud and clear I said "Someone's in here!" I thought I was in the clear then about 30 seconds later he unlocked my door opening it in front of people standing in line while I was half naked. He barely apologized saying a quick "sorry" and shut the door. The door locks automatically (no lock on inside) so I had placed my big shopping bags right in front of the door to be safe. I know that if someone were to look down at the bottom of the door they would clearly see it's occupied. There was a BIG gap under the door (approx 1 foot) so it's obvious if it is occupied or not. He clearly didn't check. It was so violating and embarrassing. I found the lack of apology and empathy for what happened deeply disturbing. They did nothing to make this right by me. They should have a better system in place to protect customers especially when females and males are sharing a changing room. I will never go back there.

I had the worse experience ever. I bought tons stuff from Mission Viejo store. 2 items didn’t work and had to return it. I was at south coast and they spent more than 45 minutes and couldn’t return it. They kept saying I paid part of it with gift card and I had it in my AmX I paid it all with my card. They told me to go to original store because they must know what they did. Next day I had to go to Mission Viejo and another 45 minutes and all mangers tried to figure out and they had no solution. I am beyond mad. It’s such a worse experience. Would never do Abercrombie ever again

The worst customer service ever! They would not take an item back, and even for store credit it had never even been worn or tried on, and still had the tag on. They were incredibly rude. Do not come here.

So today I was told to put on a face mask, but in front of me there's two teenage girls not told put a face mask on so how fair is that????? Never shopping here again!!!!!! Rules should be the same for everyone. This place smells sooooo bad with its nasty cologne. Feeling discriminated do to age. I think the young guy just wanted to flirt with the young girls.

An interaction with an employee made me cry. I've never been given such bizarre or rude treatment from a clothing store. I have nothing against the brand, but highly recommend visiting other locations.

I love the brand and the clothes I get but hate the customer service. I placed a order online and checked the MV store as my pick up location. Went to pick up the purchase and was told they were there. Upon closer look my order was shipped to San Diego. When I asked the cashier if we could have it shipped to their store he said you will need to call and handle it. I then asked for a phone number and was told to google it. Really you can't locate a number?? Called the SD store and spoke with an amazing employee and now the order Is being delivered to my house. That's customer service

I can't believe I'm just discovering Abercrombie. I was at The Shops at Mission Viejo and the scent of the cologne coming from the store was so great I decided to go inside. I found an awesome over shirt and was surprised at how great the quality was. Then I received an email about the softest material tee shirts. I had a need for a few and stopped by; they truly are soft af, so I picked up a few. Both times I stopped by, the staff was great and I'll definitely be back to discover more.
