First time user of their DMV service to register my out of state car and do a title transfer. I am a new member and my situation was a bit tricky. the DMV was a nightmare and I could not get anyone to help me with my questions on the form. Someone told me that AAA did car registrations, etc. So I left the DMV, called AAA, and got the nicest lady on the phone who truely knew her stuff. She was so patient with me and empathized with me. AWESOME service. She helped locate a AAA office near me and told me what to bring and what to expect. So today I went to this AAA location and was greated by such a friendly woman who matched me with Natalie. And she was such a smart cookie and as friendly & paitent as could be. She walked me through how to complete the application, line by line, and we got it completed in 2 minutes. She then went and inspected my car and completed her end of things in about 10 minutes. I paid for my registration, got my new license plates and stickers. the whole process was like 20 minutes tops! And she even gave me a tip, that I know if I had been at the DMV I would have not been given this tip, which was to update my Toll Account with my new license number.
Its the little things customers like me appreciate and good, competent and patient customer service is one of those things missing these days. I do not mind paying extra for good service like this, but, I have to say, I was not expecting this from AAA. I got AAA for the road side assistance only, but I will stay for the great customer service. Thank you all for doing such a great job!
Now, I am going to look at what else they offer.

I went to renew my registration here and they were friendly and fast! I wish more companies and government agencies would take note of how this business structure can multi task to perfection.

Great coverage, but don’t let them suggest enterprise rent a car from 23071 ANTONIO PKWYSTE ARANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA 92688Manager and employees are swindlers. These people are cowards and liars, if you have no other options make sure to take photos of every angle of the vehicle and note ANY tiny issue. This is their world and they will take advantage of you, it’s their job. Do not trust Shawn and his cheap suit, he only has one.

This branch absolutely sucks. There were quite a few people sitting in their respective cubicles/desks but none of them came out to offer assistance to my parents & I. Waited for nearly 40 minutes and kept politely reminding the front desk that we have been waiting for quite some time now. Several people who came in after us were already being helped and we were still sitting, waiting for our turn. I frequented this branch and my experience every time I visited has gotten worse and worse. Do yourself a favor and go to another AAA branch.

Waste of time coming here, there rude and unprofessional they will tell you to have a seat then tell you that they can't hand over the plates that you purchased 9 months ago because you don't have the registration of the vehicle even with ur id matching the registration they have

Although the check in was easy and the person at the from desk was friendly, my experience quickly changed as I was "helped" by an incredibly rude and condescending agent. I needed to add my son to our insurance. Each time I asked a question regarding my policy and pricing, Sarah (the insurance agent) gave a sigh and curt response. I typically give people grace, but this was over the top! One rude response after the other. My family and I have been loyal AAA members for 40 years and have NEVER had an bad experience until that day. This AAA branch needs to do better.

I stopped in to the Mission Viejo branch of AAA on Santa Margarita Parkway today to process a DMV transfer. Upon arriving, I was greeted by staff and checked in for the next available specialist. Within minutes, I was called by Emily Bobadilla, Branch Member Specialist. Ms. Bobadilla was pleasant, professional, and very efficient. Ms. Bobadilla was extremely knowledgeable and kind, and we, when discussed, traveling and some of AAA's other available benefits. I met a few other staff members, and I must commend the personable, professional, and knowledgeable employees at this branch and their outstanding customer service and support. Highly recommended.

I went in to get my car registration renewed she said I needed to get insurance go to the lobby get insurance and come back. So I did then when I came back I got another girl and she said the dmv was closed its Ceasar holiday so go online and you can complete your registration there then come back Monday to get your sticker. I went online and they said I couldn't do it online so now I have to go back to aaa Monday and see what other stuff they want me to do for them since they won't do their job. Maybe I will just go to the dmv. The service is horrible

I went in to renew the registration on my vehicle and it was smooth and easy. Good thing I have a membership. The wait was not bad too bad for a Saturday.Thank you AAA
