Our instructor was great! He was very professional and patient. The program was also very well organized and covered many difficult driving scenarios to prepare students for the DMV test.

We had the pleasure of having Jim Tuttle as the instructor for our daughter. He was kind, patient, helped with road confidence and provided great feed back after each lesson. We highly recommend AAA Driving School and send a big thank you to Jim!!

Mr. Tuttle is kind and patient. My daughter was comfortable with the learning and passed her driving test. Thank you Mr. Tuttle! You have to stay on top of scheduling because each lesson is one hour and you can only book two at a time. We did the extra 4 lessons and felt they were worth it.

Jim Tuttle our instructor was awesome in every way. My daughter took her driving test two days after her final lesson and passed. The DMV instructor said he could tell she had excellent training thanks to AAA and Jim Tuttle the instructor.

I had expected more from AAA... so disappointed. I have emailed & left voicemails for the instructors & haven't been able to even schedule the 1st appointment for behind the wheel. Oct 2020 :-(

We had a difficult time scheduling lessons. The instructor would not return our voicemail messages. The driving school must be understaffed because it is next to impossible to get an appointment. We called the office after over a week of not having our calls returned. We managed to get two lessons scheduled. We later found out this was a sub instructor, so when the lesson was over we couldn't schedule the next lesson and we would have to leave messages on voicemail for another week. When they finally returned our call, after I called the office again, we scheduled a lesson. On the day of the lesson, we get a call that the instructor had to cancel. Of course, they couldn't reschedule and we'd have to leave messages again. We tried calling again for a week, and no one returned our calls. AAA's policy is to give the instructor 72 hours yo return messages, but the instructor never returned our calls. We called the office and fought for a refund because they could not provide the service. AAA wanted to subtract a $175 administration fee from the refund! Even if scheduling wasn't a nightmare, the lesson structure is not adequate. The parents have to meet with the instructor for the last 10 minutes of the one hour lesson. They don't pick up or drop off at your house. We've used another business since where lessons are 2 hours and the pick up drop off locations can be arranged. It was also nearly $100 cheaper than AAA and scheduling is so easy.
