The asian guy who works the cash register is a very disrespectful guy. I was in the store getting hot water; mind you no one was in the store or in the area of the coffee. He walks over and insist he has to make coffee right then and there instead of waiting for me to finishing getting hot water. Then I proceeded to the counter, gave the man my lotto tickets to be check and get some more, and this dude had the nerve to tell me i couldve checked it myself because he didnt want to do his job. Yeah first and last time i will ever spend money at this establishment. I DO NOT DO DISRESPECT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM!

Before I went to another store where Douglas worked and even if I drove a little more now that I know he works here I will come to this store. Douglas is very friendly and very cheerful.

Only reason I am giving this place a one star is because of the cashier that worked there. The cashier that helped us was very friendly. The Asian man who works there is horribly RUDE! I walked in today with my son and he yells at us to let us know the floor is wet. In hindsight, I should have walked right out of there for his rude behavior but had a craving for chili cheese dogs and slurpees This man needs to take a customer service lesson or just not be around customers. He is horrible!

No masks required, no masks for employees and the employees will be rude to you if you are wearing a mask. Sad

Every time I go there and the owner is there I watch him treat his employees like s**** Owner will interrupt the cashier while he's in the middle of a transaction because he has no patience to wait for an appropriate time to ask a question. Not only is it rude to the employee but also the customer. Today the cashier started a little small talk as were ringing up and the supreme leader boss asked if we our meeting was over? Proceeded to take over the transaction lol, It's unfortunate that this guys such a****** because it's the most convenient location headed towards the freeway. Hopefully he can learn basic manners when customers are in the store. The cashier's have always been great, just owner sucks.

So I love this place I moved here from MI and everything I come in I get great vibes. The store manager is a cool guy so is the rest of the crew. Always feel welcome ☺️?. I have never seen any rudeness lol ? that is good for me. Y'all keep up the great work . will always have my business.
