By far, the best gym I’ve ever been to Management is amazing. The trainers are really nice, especially the trainer named Aedan. Highly recommend this gym for training.

Avoid. Tried to get an appointment with personal trainer 3 times over the week. Twice - nobody called back. Third time appointment was scheduled, I showed up, trainer was nowhere to be found. You make you own conclusions.

Awesome gym. If you want classic weight lifting equipment and great customer service this is the place to be! Julian and Shyam are great.

This is one of a few active 24 fitness club left in around Southern California. I like to work out here for convenient location, not too crowded and it fully equipped, lockers room and shower, aerobics classes

I am more than happy to write a review for Radz at 24 Hour Fitness!Radz is an exceptional employee who goes above and beyond to provide nothing but the best customer service. From the moment I walked into the gym, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Radz always takes the extra time to ensure that all members of the gym are comfortable and satisfied with their experience.One of the most impressive things about Radz is his work ethic. He is always on time, organized, and efficient in his work. He works hard to ensure that the gym is clean, safe, and fully stocked with all of the necessary equipment. Radz is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needs it, and he truly takes pride in his work.Radz is also incredibly generous. He is always willing to help out members in need, and he truly cares about their well-being. He is always willing to offer advice, guidance, or just a friendly ear to listen. Don't go there. I paid for an annual membership but then they still charged me monthly as well. Total scam. Let's see how long it takes them to correct this.

Today I was in there early and the opening person was late. I am very disappointed in the cleanliness. The floors look dirty, bathrooms are also dirty, and paper towels were out. They really need to keep this clean and the air does not feel like it is working.

Cleanest 24 hour location in Orange County which is saying a lot, we're not talking about the cesspool Los Angeles locations to compare this to, anyway the Asian guy who cleans the locker room is simply the bestThey need to clone him.Guys/girls at the desk are normally cheerful and effective in greeting and saying so long.One hasn't gotten the word about the lack of efficacy in wearing masks but he doesn't seem like the normalMaskhole Jack wads you see wearing double masks riding an electric bike alone in the sun, so I give him a pass

Worst gym ever. The middle eastern guy that works at the front desk just may get 24 hour fitness a massive lawsuit based on the things he does and did. I called the police on him because he tried to attack me. It's all on camera. If you value your safety, I don't recommend you go there. Not worth your life to go to a gym with employees that will try to assault you.

Smaller facility but we've got the loyal, consistent clients attending. Focused but friendly people, efficient and prompt staff in the early morning hours.Could it use an upgrade...sure. But the atmosphere is comfortable, the classes are packed and popular, and the yummy smells from the market next door makes one motivated to work out hard so there's no guilt in refueling the body afterwards.Great job, Los Alisos 24.
