I stayed in this hotel with terrible service only 3 hours at Friday December 8th. I left the hotel , then immediately realized that I forgot my charger, I called back ( a maid didn’t clean room yet) , and the hotel worker let me grab my charger. But I forgot my beautiful, almost new coat in the closet! I recollected about it only later in the evening in the same day, and immediately called to the hotel. The another worker answered to me that I can come only in the morning, that right now everything is closed. I asked him to check the room and find my coat , he said that he checked but didn’t find my coat. He told that possibly the maid put my coat in the room of lost things. Then I called on the next day ( I explained that I live far , and it’s not simple for me to arrive in the morning ). Finally in Saturday the guy called me and told me that my coat in the hotel ( he described my coat in details!) , and I can pick it up at Sunday only before 4 pm. I could not arrive before 4 pm, so on the next day i was calling several times nobody picked up the phone , then I arrived after 4 pm it was Monday. Then in person Another worker asked me how much my coat cost , I replied him. This man told me that the room right now closed and he can’t give me my coat. He left the message, that I will arrive on next day to pick up my coat , and today in Tuesday i first time heard women's voice ,a lady called to me from the hotel and tried to prove me that she was in tbe hotel in Saturday and supposedly she dont know who could call me , informed me that there no any coat she found. I stressing out!! I already speng my time and gas to driving there and back to my home!! She promised call back but didn’t call back and didn’t pick up the phone. I think I will arrive there and call to police. I will sue the workers of this hotel for giving me severe stress, for constant lie and for stealing my belongings.

This was the worst motel we have ever stayed in. The room smelled bad. The furniture was missing or damaged. There was a damp, dirty rag on the furniture by the TV. The floors were dirty. There were questionable stains everywhere. That was just the room. The clerk was glassed in and a security guard was half asleep. It just felt very seedy. Very gross. Avoid at all costs.. just pay a bit more and stay at a reputable chain.

1. **NO BREAKFAST SERVED** and I guess not since COVID-19, THREE YEARS AGO!!2. Dead cockroaches everywhere3. Noise from nearby freeway4. Questionable stains5. Noisy bed6. Useless soapI booked two executive rooms ($140/night x2) though it sounds like I over-paid according to other reviews. One downstairs on the north side and one upstairs on the south side. The downstairs doors had visible light coming through under the door which allows the cockroaches and other unwanted guests perfect access. Dead cockroaches were found legs up all over the floor. A very live earwig was discovered on the wall.Noise from the freeway could be heard through the large glass door to the patio which caused sleep disruption.The sofa beds in the executive suite looked like they were pulled from the dumpster and contained questionable stains on the cushions and mattress.A questionable red splatter was discovered on the ceiling.The beds were spring loaded and creaked every time someone rolled over.Bring your own soap! The stuff in the rooms does not lather so it takes three times as much to get the job done.The refrigerator was not plugged in so I didn't test it.Now to the good stuff:1. my crew only needed to sleep there one night2. The tile floors and shower were nice and3. the toilet workedWalkability: Target, Vons, Dollar Tree, donut shop all on the same block.

Have had the opportunity to stay here numerous times recently. Rooms are always clean. They have gone out of there way to accommodate us. Easy access to parking directly from our room. Handicap facilities made for comfortable stay. King size bed very comfortable. Staff always friendly and very helpful.

We wanted to spend a night at Valley Inn. during a work trip, so we booked a room through Priceline. I liked how the place looked in the pictures and the price was alright (it was about $100 per night). Since this place was affordable, I didn’t have a lot of expectations and just wanted to have a clean room where I can rest for the night. Once I booked my room, I got an email saying that they will require a $150 deposit once we get there, which is a standard procedure, so it was fine with me. When we got to the hotel, the front desk receptionist only asked me for $100 and also wanted to check my boyfriend’s ID and his credit card, he even told my boyfriend to go get it while he’s taking the payments from me (it was just strange to me). He did though, gave us a room that gas facing the pool instead of the street. We asked where we can park our trailer and the other receptionist looked us up and down and told us that it will additional $25, the parking is supposed to be free and the whole parking lot inside was empty.Overall the place looks unwelcoming and dark. When we walked inside the amenities, there was a mountain of old ACs just lying on the ground.The room… that’s really something else. I think I’ve stayed at many cheap hotels, but I never been to one like this. First thing, I noticed, is how dirty the floors were. The fridge wasn’t working, the furniture was scratched and had stuff written over it. The bedding had holes in it. There’s no shampoo/body wash in the bathroom, just a bottle of soap. There are stains on the floor and the counter, the mirror has knife scratches all over it.Unfortunately, we had to leave this place and asked for a refund. Which they didn’t want to give us at first (and I still haven’t gotten it), since we checked in already; however, they complied after examining the room and seeing everything that I described.I rarely write reviews, but it was just such a disappointing experience and I’m only giving them 2 stars because I didn’t have to stay there.

I would not stay here ever again, I ended up in the hospital because they were infested with bed bugs and cockroaches, super unsanitary , to make it worse. I made a complaint, and they put me on a do not rent list, they make sure to protect themselves , but do not care about their

We booked through priceline the first night. Then this morning at 11:00 we booked the room directly on the website. When we went to tell the front desk we were going to be extending the stay he said he as canceling the reservation and we had to leave. We asked why and he said because we had been reported by the maid as a late check out. Whatever that means. We said but we're extending the stay. We just booked it directly through your website instead of priceline. He said no you have to leave. Very strange. Use caution.

It was very lovely tho the pool seemed a bit dirty the first time we were given a room that smelled off but got a different room. The parking is near your room, so that's good.

The rooms need maintenance badly.. ,tagging with marker and scraped into the walls and furniture , dirty all around ,air would not turn on or off had to unplug / plug it to use. curtains have holes and don't close light shines in your face all night. . The beds are so hard... no HOT water in the shower.. I got a bunch of small bites on my legs ...

This hotel/motel is the worst for privacy. I was there to meet someone for a quick tryst. I gave them the room number. The south asian night receptionist prevented me from entering and the security person tells me I'm the third person to ask/mention that room and asks me to wait. They ask me what business do I have with that person. I mean what business is it of theirs. They ask me how many persons are in that room. How would I know. They ask me for the name of the person. It was an anonymous thing. So I text and asked the person for their name. Who knows if the name I was given is even the person's real name. I was only going to be there for a moment. They ask for my ID and scan it. They had to call their guest and let them come pick me up at the lobby. Unbelievable. I get to the room and it's two double bed and there was no one else there except for the guest. I was there probably about half an hour. While outside parked in my car to write this review the receptionist knocks on my car window with the security guy and asks me how many people were in the room. Was the guest a guy or a girl? This after the guest came to pick me up at the receptionist. The security tells me they work with the cops and they scan the ID to find out if the guest has any outstanding warrants. This is the first time i experienced this but not the first time I visited the place for a quick rendezvous. Anyway, guest and their visitors, be warned.

Over the last 8 or 9 years that I've stayed at this place I just watched it deteriorate. From removing the Landscaping to dirt. Rather than putting the money into the facility. They got rid of the complimentary breakfast at the offered before. And it seems to me that they're looking for a reason whether it be smoking or a visitor and excuse to kick you out and rerent the room while it might be one of the most affordable places in the valley the lack of quality shines through
