Had my car for a year, last 6 months only two pumps worked and now can’t fill up, always stops 1/4 of the way and have to start process all over. It’s a penalty for trying to help clean innovation, and the price is too high. Mirai is equivalent to filling up my tundra and comparable mpgs, huge regret

Love the cars but true zero stations, especially this one are the worst. This time all four pumps down for a week along with the others in the area and nothing further north... Toyota really needs to open their own... A poor operator partner is risking everything...

[PRICE $26.75] as of now. I have always truly disliked this station for a few reasons. From 4 working pumps it’s usually only 2 working if any, it’s expensive compared to others, whenever I go here and fully fill it marks a different mileage amount available then when I fully fuel at other stations. I give it 2 stars just out of convenience to the freeway exit.

Awful. The pumps are always broken, and the company takes days to fix them.

They used to be ~$13 per kilo for hydrogen. Now they're almost $20 ($19+ change). There are four pumps and they go down very often. They have more fuel than the woodland hills station but unfortunately true zero stations are notoriously unreliable. Every time I have been, at least one is down, normally more. The Sherman oaks true zero is worse bc there's only the two pumps (1 station) so the pressure issues are worseUpdate: now they raised the price to 24$ citing the war in Ukraine and how it's affected gas prices. And apparently despite the "true zero" claim they do in fact use nonrenewable energy which is why the oil crisis affects them. But to raise it ten dollars in under a year? Ridiculous. Price gouging! They know there's no other options for hydrogen fuel unlike gas stations.Update as of 1/13/23 : prices have been raised again to 26.75$ AND the station is increasingly offline. It's been down for days and working only intermittently for weeks. NEVER GO HERE

Late model hydrogen pump station. convenient to the South valley Ventura boulevard area. Positioned into a corner of a medium-sized station. Therefore every now and then when they're busy it can be a little tight to squeeze into.

2022.MAY22- hit or miss that the station will be ready with hydrogen fuel. Checked the website before driving over; fuel should have been here by now.Happens at multiple stations, when it's good... obviously you're on your way. Otherwise your S.O.L. Happy with my vehicle; however, with this new type of energy the kinks are still being worked out.
