I called two other florists to order a funeral spray and was ver disappointed in their customer service. My third attempt was Tomlinson Florist. I spoke with Bob, and he knew exactly what I needed and did not disappoint. Bob was articulate, professional, and delivered excellent customer service. On top of delivering a beautiful arrangement, the cost was reasonable compared to what the other florists were going to charge me!!!

Bob did a casket spray for our dear friend's funeral and it was totally BREATHTAKING! Everyone who attended was really impressed with the beauty of this spray, as were we. I personally called Bob and thanked him and expressed our gratitude and amazement at his arrangement for our friend. Definitely recommend this flower shop and Bob! He went over and above anything I expected, or have ever seen before. Thank you, Bob. Your artistry is amazing!

I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered as a birthday gift. I got an email back with a confirmation and everything. However, the arrangement was NOT delivered. I have been calling the flower shop for almost a week now to get an explanation regarding what is going on with my order and no answer, just keep getting a recording saying the voicemail is not accepting messages because it is not set up. I chose to order from this establishment, as opposed to a corporate one, because it stated it was a local family owned business. Big mistake! Horrible service!!

Ordered flower during the most tragic of times for our family. My mother's funeral. They'd only take orders online, couldn't get through to them, paid online, got confirmation #s and NO SHOW! Can't even rate their service because WE GOT NO SERVICE. They knew they screwed up, but didn't even attempt to email or call us and didn't even charge our credit card... meaning they realized they couldn't deliver yet not a single communication. Curtains open and just a casket, no flowers. Disappointment is an understatement! Unacceptable and worst florist experience. Do use them!!!! Rating should be NO STARS!

Bob at Flowers by Tomlinson is my favorite florist ever! The shop is located across the street from the entrance of San Fernando Mission Cemetery, where many of my deceased family members are buried. I live on the East Coast, so it's a great comfort to simply pick up the phone and place my order for gravesite flower delivery. For a reasonable price, I do so every year for birthdays and key holidays. It's helpful to provide the grave, tier, and section number of your loved one. Allow extra ordering time for holidays. Here's to Bob and his team!
