First off great customer service. I called and spoke to Eddie first to assure me that they would help me with my issue. Then in the store Kevin helped me out. Kevin did a great job at making sure my issues were resolved. He remained respectful and caring throughout the whole process. Thanks Kevin!

Went today to purchase (3) Iphone 15 Pro for my family, and the customer representative we got, Ana was extremely rude and disrespectful. We still got the phone, but we are unhappy with the service. We were extremely polite and nice, so we probably wont be back to this T mobile store again or just purchase our next phone online.

I went yesterday nd meet with Miss ANA,she is very polite nd helpful, i have some doubts about my lines nd she helped me alot nd explained very thing very well . She is very helpful nd i hope always go with her i give her 5stars

If you like being lied too and shitty service, come to this location you won't be disappointed, I give them 5 stars for there nasty attitudes, now have to call customer service to fix the situation this store caused.

If could give this store a zero I would. The store is loud and you can hardly hear the very rude store employees I wouldn't even dignify the people working there with calling them customer service reps. The store employees were extremely rude and not helpful. The consistent phrase that was used was I can't help you. Over all it appears that every T-Mobile employee that I have spoken to has lied and been rude and abrasive. I made the mistake of giving T-Mobile a chance but regret that with every fiber in my self. I tried to cancel my service that has not been set up And they couldn't do that. They suggested I call a foreign country and speak with their customer service which was horrible You can not understand anything that was said. Bottom line stay away from tmobile and anyone who works for them. This store location deserves zero stars if not less

Everyone I have interacted with in this store acts like they don't care and have an attitude. Short answers, no help, Adrian associate. Even The store manager. Too many I don't even remember names but it has been a month to just upgrade my phone and no effort to inquire on the issue and they were the ones that created the problem in the first place

I came in trying to solve an issue i was having with Tmobile once i canceled my account. Others stores weren't able to help. But Ana took the time to really look into it and she help me solved this issue I've had for quite a while. She is the person to go to.

I do not understand, why they have nice review.I went there at 7pm.Most of the staff are not nice and they do not know the answer of the question.They are not nice and not helpful at all.I will buy my cell phone online next time.Customer care is very very nicer than this place l.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE WITH BUSINESS ACCOUNTS.MIKE WHO IS THE STORE MANAGER WERE NOT FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE BUSINESS. HE IS ALSO NOT THERE TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMERS BUT TO TOLERATE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF. I have been a loyal customer of T-Mobile for more than 5 yrs and Ive been going to this store for almost 3 yrs now and this is the first that I have encountered such unacceptable treatment from the staff and the manager himself. I went to the store twice to transfer my account to business acct but they kept telling me that they cant help me with that and I should call 611 instead. I told them again numerous times that i already called t mobile customer service thrice and all 3 agents instructed me that this has to be done at the store for verification of tax ID and Identification. I also told them that one of the agent sent a note to my account to show them at the store that this transaction needs to be done in person. Mike who is the manager was just uninterested and kept shutting me down so what I did is I called t-mobile business dept again for the 4th time to report that the staff at this store including the manager refused to assist me with the transaction. I was so frustrated already so i handed the phone to Mike so he can hear it directly to the business dept. He then realized that it was really their responsibility to assist me with this matter. Apparently, he is just so incompetent and arrogant at the same time. Mike did not even apologized to me . I wasted 2 store visits and 3 phone calls (max of 30 mins each) just because he didn't want to do job. I feel bad for all the wonderful staff that i have encountered at that store for having a manager and coworker who are just so unprofessional.Find another store or atleast make sure that Mike is not the manager when you visit this store.
