out of the tragedy that was my move at the last minute I had the great good at the last minute I had the great Good Fortune of having skyvan line deliver the rest of my things . I cannot say enough about Robert and how wonderful he is how patient hard-working I cannot say enough about Robert and how wonderful he is how patient hard-working, and just all around fantastic. exactly what you would want to have in someone who is moving you from state to state . I had an overwhelmingly positive experience which was born out of probably one of the worst customer service experiences of my life from the broker but it all worked out in the end and I could give 10 stars to skyvan line and Robert if I could !!.I moved from California to Texas and man is that a pain in the butt there is no easy way around There Is No Easy Way Around there is no easy way around it unfortunately but itdefinitely made a difference once skyvan definitely made a difference once Sky definitely made a difference once skyvan line stepped in ......bravo sirs ?????

I unfortunately booked this moving company through a broker for my move from LA to South Carolina. Originally we were told delivery would occur within 2-14 days which I knew probably wouldn’t be the case since it was a cross country move. When they picked up my stuff on 6/19 I was also told it would be a couple of weeks, and the paperwork I signed says within 30 days. They have sent me two emails now saying my stuff was being loaded onto the new truck, meaning it’s been here. The last communication I received was on 7/9 telling me that my delivery window would be between 7/21 and 7/26. Today is 7/26 and I still haven’t heard anything from the moving company on my delivery. It has been 5 1/2 weeks today since they picked up my stuff, which wasn’t even a lot. I believe it was under 500 cubic feet. Going on 6 weeks for delivery is completely unacceptable. I don’t even know what the condition of my stuff will look like when it eventually gets here. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews and book with someone else.
Update: Finally received my items 6 weeks later. I have yet to go through everything but the condition of ALL of my boxes is absolutely ridiculous. This company does not take care of your things. I can only imagine what is broken inside all of these. So disappointing. I will update more as I unpack.

Absolutely horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Honestly, they’re so unprofessional, I don’t even know if they’re legitimate. Not only did they DOUBLE my “estimate” but they still have some of my stuff! My things were delivered on February 3rd. The next day, I reported items missing. Multiple boxes + a vacuum. The driver’s assistant was the only one that was apologetic and said they would get my items to me. Then, nothing. I reached out a week later. She said she thought the company had contacted me. Still nothing. Tried calling the company, contacted the driver. He said they’d get me my stuff the week after. Again…you guessed it, nothing. Contacted the driver again and no response. At this point I’m incredibly frustrated. I contacted two numbers for this company. Finally (because I told them I’m filing a police report,) someone responded. They are incredibly rude and unapologetic. Their approach is callous and they clearly don’t care about their customers or their things. They have their money so why bother right? They blamed me for having the wrong number and tried to direct me to the second number I had already been trying to contact. Accept some responsibility people. You’re clearly working for the same company. Then they also blamed me for contacting the driver and said they don’t know anything about missing items. Cool. So you don’t communicate with your employees and you weren’t suppose to contact me? Absolute joke. AVOID like the plague.

Lost my stuff and damaged what did arrive. Every excuse in the book that the “insurance” wouldn’t cover it. I reached out multiple times and no one will call me back.
Hilarious response from you guys. I recommend talking to the girl who works from home that took my call every day for weeks and refused to let me talk to anyone else.
