You have to go un and pay even when using a card.Just a pain. We have it so easy now to pay at the pump. All of them were blocked so you would pay inside

Avoid the carwash it will scratch your vehicle. If you have used the new car wash check your vehicle for scratches.

I just wanted to recommend going to the Shell Gas Station and Car Wash on Sepulveda and Chatsworth St. I was having trouble getting gas into a gas can and the owner Ron came over to do it for me. So helpful. Jaki and Ron have owned this place for a long time. They are such nice people. Jaki also informed me that she is putting in a brand new car wash in February. I love this place.

CAR IS DIRTIER THEN WHEN I ARRIVED.Long story not so short, red light didn't go off when entering car wash so I kept going ending wash cycle before it began. Clerk said I had to pay for another, I said no as it wasn't my fault. He went inside, entered a new wash, lasted two seconds.I paid for the super wash. Not sure what wass up with the machine (wipers) but, mad wet spots and car was still dusty somehow? The lady (manager?) said their was no soap? ?? NO SOAP?Should have just refunded me. But that wasn't even an option.F*&% this place yo.

The car wash broke again. My husband went inside and the guy behind the counter said, "Why, why it not work?!" How the hell should we know. Anyway, My husband said, I don't know but you can see that our car is dirty. The man said, "Okay okay, I'll do it for you." So, we waited behind 3 cars and got to the front, no one came out, pushed the button, nothing, waved at the 24 he surveillance (Funny, they are worried about theft, etc and yet they are the thieves). So, we drove through and I went in. He told me, "No, I gave him a new number and he used it.", I said, "No, you told him you would manually do it." After some back and forth he said you can buy a new car wash and I said I did buy one, it didn't work so either refund me or give me a new car wash...No. This is the second time they have stolen a car wash money from me. I gave them a second chance and during this pandemic I want to support good small business owners...these men are thieves!
