I have been using this location since 2019 and I have been very pleased with the service. From when Erik, Daniel and now the new staff I am very pleased. Only issue I have is the parking but it is a hit and miss. I have received packages other than just my mail here. Both husband and wife are very helpful. At times I am coming from far so I call and ask if I have mail and as always they let me know. Keep up the good service and always thankful knowing my packages are secured.

Came in here to pick up a package which had $300 worth of stuff in it and they insisted they didn’t have it and very rudely shooed me a way. Had to file a claim with FedEx. A week later they call me up and say “we’ve had this package sitting here for a week are you gonna come pick it up?” Then when I got there I told him about it and he got all defensive saying they don’t let other people pick things up without the right ID and I kept trying to correct him that he and his wife said the package wasn’t there at all. Wouldn’t take responsibility for any of it. I’d go the extra mile to send and receive your packages at some other location.Update: Since I can’t respond to his response for some reason, I’ll have to add onto my original review. He claims I didn’t provide a tracking number or name which I did. I had the FedEx tracking page on my phone and handed it to his wife who said they didn’t have the package. It said it was signed for by someone with the initials ‘MFK’ and they said “there’s no MFK here”. After insisting it must be at another location, I told them that my girlfriend had called FedEx and they said it was at that specific location. Both you and your wife refused to move from your standing position and look around for the package and just tried to shoe me away.Now as you can see, he’s trying to lie about what actually happened and shift the blame on to me somehow. Maybe if he’d actually try to provide decent customer service and take responsibility for him and his wife’s mistake instead of continuing to be rude to me and my girlfriend, I wouldn’t have had to write this scathing review.But as you can see, he’s only doubling down. He’s an unabashed, dishonest businessman.

Our company has its mail delivered to this office. Recently we had a situation with a letter being stolen in the postal system (not by or at this office). I was trying to get the theft traced. Attica at the front desk was very helpful and gave me all the info she could. After I left, mail came in for us and on her own she called me up to let me know it had come, in case that was what we were looking for. It was really thoughtful of her to do that.

They are not open on Saturdays. If you aren’t going to be open you should put a proper sign.

I've been using Mail Fast USA for years. I am completely satisfied with their service. Ali and Daniel went above and beyond to help me with my special, time sensitive situation. I feel that I can count on them when I need occasional extra attention. I highly recommend Mail Fast USA for mail service needs.

This place recently changed ownership and has improved drastically. Daniel is always helpful and couldn't be more pleasant to deal with! I've tried other shipping businesses and they have been rude and annoyed by me asking any questions about shipping options etc. They expect you to bring your package ready to slap a label on and go. Anything they have to do other than that is more work for them and they aren't interested in that. Daniel is always patient and listens to my shipping needs and answers my questions honestly and even offers suggestions to save money, expedite, pack safely, etc. He goes above and beyond what the other places will do...always with a friendly attitude. This place is worthy of 5+ stars and Daniel adds another 10 stars!

This is place is amazing I work for a company where I have to ship everyday and I have never had an issue with mail fast they are maxing and also help with my packaging really satisfied in the mission hills area

I used to come in here a couple times a week, and was very much a regular. They were always super helpful and wonderful. The place has been going steadily downhill for over a year now, but under the new owners it's terrible. Customer service has gone to s**** prices jacked up, not warning you about things they are planning to charge for until it's too late. I'm done coming here.

I've been living in my truck for nearly 4 years now. I've been renting a mailbox at Mail Fast USA for nearly 3 1/2 of those years. They will accept any package mailed to me no matter how large. I sent my son there once to pick up a package for me. Erick called me to verify that was my son and that I approved of him picking up my mail. So, your mail is safe with Mail Fast USA. Their prices are slightly lower than most others. Their staff is always courteous and professional.

Chris is always friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to make sure my packages are packed safely and helps me choose the most economical and fast delivery option.There's no place in the valley that will take the time to give you the kind of personal and professional service that Chris will!!!

Do not go here. The manager, Chris Escalante, is unprofessional and opened up my bank account information with my personal, private confidential confirmation. I never asked for my bank mail to be opened but he LIED and said I did! So now he has my account number and balance information. I have reported this to the U.S. Postal Inspector General again. On my email I have the proof that I never request my bank mail to be opended like he falsely alleges. The owner, never called me back nor emailed me back. This is a terrible business. If you want identity theft too go ahead and go to this monkey business.
