Bad & slow service. The arrangement did not look at all like it does on their website. Buy your flowers elsewhere.

First time ordering from here and I couldn't be more pleased. The flowers look better on person than they did on the website. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

The flowers are nice, but delivery service sucks here. Not only was my delivery order a day late; But they completely forgot to deliver the box of chocolates that went with thee order, which ruined the surprise. Two day's later and I am still waiting for them to rectify this issue..

Thursday i called Leslie's flower. I spoke to Pedro, i asked if he can me a corsage set for Saturday (2 days later) for my son's prom. I sent him a picture of what i wanted, he said yes. We set it to be picked up on Sat at 10am. I called the shop on Sat at 10am to see if its ready (i live about 2 min away from his shop). He said "No", he will get em ready in about 45 min. I said, its fine coz i still gotta get my kid ready so i'll pick it up around 11:30am.I went to the shop at 12. Pedro was not there, i was some guy named Obet opened the door. He look for the corsage and didnt find it. He called Pedro, according to him Pedro said the the order was for the afternoon. I gave Pedro a call, I asked why my corsage was not ready, he said because i did not come at 11:30am. I told him I was going to pick it up at 10am like we talked about but he was not ready and thats why i was going to pick it up around 11:30. I also asked why he did not call me to tell me that he was going to cancel it. He replied, "it was better for me, if you want I can make it in the afternoon not now". I told him i need it now. He replied, "I cant!" So I ended the call.Obet apologized. I asked Obet if he can make one right now. He said, I can try to put something together for what we have in the shop. He ended up making one. By far not the same as what I ordered but with the time I had it will do. ohhh and he charged me the same price. 1st pic is what i ordered. 2nd pic is what Obet made.

My aunt purchased a purple flower arrangement for my birthday. The picture on the left is what she purchased. When I sent her a picture of what I received, they looked nothing like that! She called the online # to complain and they said the florist would deliver the right flowers the next day. Nothing was sent. She called again. The florist had told the online third party company they were delivered that was a lie! When I finally called the actual florist # and spoke to Pedro he said that he no longer wanted to deliver them to me and he is cancelling the order! I told him that's fine but I want my aunt to get a refund, he said he couldn't. He told me I was stupid. He said the online # we use is fake but that's not our problem if the uses that company to advertise. It took many calls and long waits with the third party company to get a refund. Pedros customer service was horrible!!!!! They lied to the third party company and then just cancelled on us.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday. Leslie's came through with this impressively beautiful display. I was very happy with their customer service. Delivery service came through on time. Her coworkers were very impressed and the flowers are beautifully fragrant. A week later and the flowers still look beautiful and smell great. I will absolutely order from Leslie's again.

We had a funeral for my mother and I was in a fog with all the details planning it. I wanted a florist close to Eden Memorial Park that would deliver them. I ordered 2 baskets of flowers with yellow and purple flowers. I never followed up and hoped they were there when we all arrived at the outdoor service. They were absolutely beautiful and large. Pedro was super helpful and weighted the baskets down I think because they feel pretty heavy. I believe he set them up as well at the site. He put vibrant color flowers and I am so appreciative. It was a windy day and everything was blowing away, but the flowers stood tall. Thank you Pedro.

Very disappointed in what was delivered. Today was a special occasion, my mom's birthday. I decided to have some flowers delivered since I work today and found this flower shop as I was searching for flower shops near her work address. The pictures on the website are beautiful and I came across a perfect arrangement that I knew my mom would love. So I decided on that arrangement. I'm posting two picture's on this review of what I paid for and what I received. Not the same arrangement I chose. My husband called to notify them about my disappointment because you can clearly see they are not the same arrangements and he said if I wanted he would go pick the flowers up and give me a refund and if not it is what it is basically. What a joke. If you've found an arrangement online that you love do yourself a favor and save your money because it will NOT come out like the website description.
