I recently had the pleasure of working with a copy store in the valley, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I contacted them, they were friendly and accommodating, making it easy for me to arrange for them to pick up my students' journals from school. Not only did they collect the journals, but they also returned them after they were done with their work, which was a huge help.When I received the journals back, I was impressed with the quality of the binding work they had done. The journals looked beautiful, and my students were thrilled with how they turned out. Franco was so kind, professional and helpful to work with. I emailed him what I needed printed and there was a small error with the image size. He graciously corrected it and had my job ready so fast! Due to Covid, I picked up my job at his house (which was closer to me too) and he was waiting for me when I pulled up, with my print job in his hands. He loaded it in my trunk and was wearing a mask. The banner I had printed turned out beautiful too!!! I will definitely call him again for future print jobs! Thank you Franco for excellent service!!
