Walked in with my pet because of something we are concerened about and did not want to wait. Instead of being greeted with helpful questions about our concerns, I was notified that it would be $150 just for walking in for an appointment. My wife and I are professionals, but like many places in our neighborhood we feel that we don't get the same courtesy we might get in more afluent places. This is not just front staff, but the Vet has also made comments that felt more like judgments rather than useful advice. If you must go there, then do so, but I am taking my business where I am not made to feel like I am inconveniencing the staff.

Amazing staff and Veterinarian. Extremely kind and attentive to my pets. Veterinarian was caring and knowledgeable. This is a great place to bring your pets.

The best vet in the valley. Always takes great care of my boxers. The young lady behind the desk is awesome. And the vet has these gorgeous green/hazel eyes ??

Had to write a review on this place because of their AMAZING customer service. Today was my first day coming back to this clinic since I had another pet euthanized back in 2021. While that experience was heartbreaking the staff then and now has always been very kind and compassionate. To begin with the receptionist was very open and friendly, the vet technician Gabriel was very gentle and kind to my baby. Doctor Galdjian was helpful and honest towards my pet questions. I can confidently say they are in the right career field.

Well I never even made it in the door. I called about a rabies shot and was told a $100 exam was required to give a rabies shot. Just seems a little to pricey to give a $20 shot. I ended up going to pacoima pet clinic and was only charged $10 in total.

Dr. Galdjian seemed to genuinely care about my cat. She gave me good guidance on caring for her medical needs and was available to answer emails. When my cat was nearing the end of her life, she handled everything with compassion. I would return if I ever get another cat.
