I was looking to find out more about the latest Hyundai lineup, the ins and outs of each model, the pricing etc. So I went to Keyes where a gentleman named Fabrice showed me around. Fabrice was a real straight shooter it was plain to see, he didn't sugarcoat any of the info regarding financing(unlike so many others in the car business.) He also showed an aptitude for explaining all the options in a clear and succinct manner, which I really appreciated. I came away with a proper understanding of each model and what the dealership had to offer, which it turns is a lot. I will definitely be heading back to Keyes when it's time to get the ball rolling on a new car!!

I was quoted an "out-the-door" price by Dave, the bow tie guy. I was very clear that the "out-the-door" price should include all taxes, licenses, DMV charges, etc., he quoted an "out-the-door" price and I agreed to it. When my wife and I were ready to make the deal, both Dave and the sales manager played games and charged us for things which were supposed to be included in the "out-the-door" price. I would not recommend this dealership and will buy my cars elsewhere. On a nicer note, the gentleman who assisted us with the test drive was Felix, who had excellent customer service skills. Too bad he has to be associated with this group of unethical people.

I had a great experience with my sales rep Anthony Vincent, he was knowledgeable, professional, but easy going. He wasn't pushy like most car sales people and was extremely patient and helpful, even after I drove my car off the lot. If I ever need another Hyndai, he's my dude.

They put the wrong viscosity of oil then tried to explain its OK. They scratched the dashboard and exterior.. twice. Brand new car. They took 4 hours to do a basic oil change (with an appointment). They sold me the car, it was a great experience. The service department has destroyed that. I'm ignoring free oil changes now. They cost more in damages than paying someone who cares. Tim

Felix is awesome! He helped me find the perfect car and as close to the budget i was looking for. I purchased a 2018 Honda Civic Hatchback and couldn't be happier with it. Thank you Felix for all of your help, and continued support with questions and assistance. however, i was promised a handful of free oil changes with my purchase only to find out it isn't included in what i was offered, since there wasn't any written agreement towards it. I was super bummed to find out that it may have been presented to me at the time of signing so that it seemed i was getting more out of the hiked up price. always a turn off with sales, over-promising what isn't available to you. won't be recommending this place again for this simple fact unless someone is able to make it right. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR WRITTEN COPIES OF ANY PROMISES MADE TO YOU! won't make that mistake again.

So far, so good. Got a new vehicle yesterday after weeks of shopping across all makes in the class. Of all the salespeople I encountered in this process, Anthony was the best by far. He was honest about the vehicles and owns the exact car I was looking at, so he could show me everything he loved about it, and his money was exactly where his mouth was! He went on vacation as we were finishing up, and he arranged for Chaz to take over and finish the sale, which included getting the vehicle I wanted from another dealership, meeting their price, and then getting me familiarized with the car. Well done, Anthony and Chaz!!! Thank you.

I Give 5 Stars!!! to KARINA Morales at Keyes Mission hills Hyundai Karina is very nice and the Best at great customer service she was super helpful with my car needs and she is very knowledgably about cars and financing and she is very good making sure I understand everything she is very patient to answer all my questions I had and really cares about helping make all her customers happy I highly recommend seeing Karina for your next car purchase she has the best prices and she will make you very happy with your new purchase

This place is amazing! Great customer service and walked away with a really good purchase! The General Manager Evan is working very hard each day to ensure customers get the right car and is always taking care of the other person. I was buying my first car and very nervous, but Chaz was amazing. He was fun, energetic, and very friendly when I was test driving a few different cars. Both if them a were such a great team and I couldn't ask for a better staff and overall experience. Buying your first car is a huge step in anyone's life, and Im glad I stepped into this dealership In love with my Hyundai Tucson! Thank you Evan! Thank you Chaz!

Do not buy or service your car at this dealership. They have the worst customer service and the service manager is the absolute worst person to speak to. They sold me a lemon and every single time I take my car to get service I have to bring it back because they don't actually perform the service. I will never ever buy another vehicle from this dealership. Stay away or you'll regret it!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND REPORT THE SERVICE TEAM TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS!

Had a good buying experience with a pre-owned Sonata Hybrid, with pleasant help from Fabrice Monlouis. He was nice--none of the hard sell one expects of car dealers. He listened to what I wanted to be shown on the test drive and gave it to me exactly. No fuss. The red tape with finance people was slow, but straightforward. Like I said good buying experience. We had the BEST experience at Keyes Hyundai of Mission Hills. Fabrice, our sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He made the whole process super easy and seamless.
