Every time I go there, there’s a homeless man clearly under influence on the door opening and closing door for people, it’s annoying and weird for dollar tree to not ask him to leave. It’s uncomfortable and everyday like it’s a job is so crazy! Dollar tree please get rid of this guy

We were pleasantly surprised at this dollar tree. It says a lot when you come from Simi Valley to the San Fernando Valley and the store is cleaner and well-stocked, and the customer service is wonderful. Thank you to Joanne who served us today and she gives props to her manager, she may be out on maternity leave at the moment, but has taught her employees the importance of kindness and the value of a clean store.

Horrible customer service!!!! SPECIFICALLY FLORES AND NAYELY (not too confident on nayely name being correct but looked like it from afar) Workers are so rude and incompetent. Two cashier only with lines going into the isles and the 2 workers previously mentioned are chitchatting in the corner laughing on their phones. When asked if another cashier was going to open they just rolled their eyes and said in a minute. They continued to chitchat and then went into the office to get some change but you can still hear them laughing. Then they came out and she took her time opening until finally she opened. The other cashiers opened were just staring at them annoyed because they didn’t hurry to open and help them out. Like you get paid to work not slack off and be on your phones. This is the real world where you need to take your job seriously if not then why are you working. I get it to get paid but if you’re going to do something, do it right. It’s just embarrassing, they looked dumb. Cashier name card said FLORES and the coworker she was slacking off with was NAYELY or something like that since she was in the corner just standing there pretending to be doing something so I couldn’t exactly read it clearly. I say check other dollar tree locations and save this one as a last resort unless you want to deal with workers like those 2 who should not work in customer service.

It's ok if you need something fast and cheap, hate that the entrance is backwards though .

I come here all the time, and it's a decent store, but the customer service I received today was bad enough to write a review. My 74 yr old mom needed to use the restroom. I noticed the one cashier on duty had a long line so I asked another employee, Veronica who didn't seem busy if she could help. She just told me to ask the cashier for a key. I asked but the cashier paid no attention, I assume because of the long line of customers. Veronica seemed bothered to help, but eventually got manager keys and let us in the restroom. The key had been left inside the restroom... Long story short, work on your customer service. Basic hospitality goes a long way.

I dropped in to buy only 4 small items and this is the line to the cash register. Two long lines that span the entire length of the store, to get to 2 open cash registers at 6:38 pm. This is outrageous!

Very rude cashier just close her line when was a huge line, but one of the associates when to her line and pay all her stuff, BAD COSTUMER SERVICE sorry this store doesn't deserve a single start look at this lines

Melody the cashier was rude to me. She tried to order me around maliciously, after I put my basket back in the aisle where I found it. She said as I was walking out " can you put the basket back where it was" which I did! First why did she wait to tell me this at the last minute when I was leaving when she clearly saw me place the basket where I put it. She's lucky I was tired today because was about to say something but I changed my mind. Get a life melody.

Always only have one register open they don't care how long the line is they refuse to open a register to help the line I think they do this so people don't come here managers wake up hire more cashiers because I see y'all refuse to do anything like open a register and help I always find a line of disgruntled customers in line complaining that it's only one register open and the managers act like their blind to the fact the line is to the back of the store

This location is a bit scary area. We found lots of cool stuff. They had lots of Halloween stuff and water packets. Super cool that they had a refrigerator section. Ten out of ten recommend checking it out.
