Ordered wheels off their website that showed they were in stock and would be delivered in 4 days. A week later they email me that not only have they not shipped the wheels but that they no longer have them in stock. For the inconvenience the only they offered was to refund my $1200 which would take 10 days to receive.

I shop around before I meet Raul the owner what a professional guy he’s super nice guy he help me to build my can am and my car and make my dream to easy , I’m so thankful that I meet Raul and he’s team very reliable and professional people make my cars look amazingI’m highly recommend dirt direct and much appreciated how the job was done thank you guys

I started by posting on FB about an issue with the transmission on my RZR during the Thanksgiving weekend of 2022. Raul reached out and we started talking about what he could do to help me out.His prices were reasonable and he offered to include a clutch aligner to help my transmission work smoother. He gave me a call when the transmission arrived and we set up an appointment to drop off my ride. The process was smooth and I was out riding again in a few weeks.This was the only interaction I had with Raul and his team in person.Fast forward to a week ago, when I decided to stop by completely unannounced to check out some new whips and Raul greeted me by name. I honestly didn't expect that. We spoke about a few accessories for my RZR, and even helped me find a windshield without charging me at all. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting to get work done on their SXS or off-road vehicle.

Hands down the best shop in the SFV and Los Angeles area for your SxS builds, parts, and maintenance. Raul and Eve have an awesome team that produces top quality work that they stand behind. They do more then SxS work, jeeps, trucks, or whatever you got they can make it happen.

Took my Sons Jeep to a big box company to get a lift and realized I had more information then they knew. The insisted on a Factory lift to avoid warranty issues so we did. Come to find out after a few months of driving the lift was not rated for the Jeep. Did some looking around and ran across Dirt Direct and gave them a call. Spoke to Raul and instantly knew he was on point. I was stuck on SynRg and brought it down. He was able to get me in in 2 weeks and started ripping at it 1st light. What is cool is Rauls wife does the final drive and we know Women are picky so kudos! Picked it up and pow everything was outstanding beyond belief! I recommend my cousin who is scooting in soon and a few other friends I was so pleased. The shop is clean, in a great location with not alot of traffic or typical shop flow, it's gated so no trespassing unless they let you in perfect set up. Raul is awesome to deal with and has zero attitude unlike other shops. Most of all they flexed the rig after install NO one does this. We will be back thanks DDM!

Friend of mine had his SXS customized here and highly recommend them. I checked out his car and was very impressed. I took mine there for installation of new cage, pumper system, lights, radios, and whips. The price was great, and Raul had it completed on time. The install came out super sweet. I was going to do some of it myself and I’m glad I didn’t. Raul made the install of all the controls look outstanding and functional. I ordered the DDM whips and and I’m very happy with the way they work and I especially like the mounting hardware. Raul has a lot of experience in this industry and it shows. He’s very honest on what you need and don’t need and has great ideas. Raul and all the staff are very friendly. I wouldn’t take my SXS anywhere else.

They do excellent work ! I had king shocks put on my Silverado and it made a world of difference in the ride ! I recommend them !!

I was having clutch problems with my RZR xp1000-4. I had a trip coming up for New Years. I was calling around and this was the only place that would look at it and even though I live in south Orange County I made the drive. The shop was clean and the staff was nice and professional. They fixed the problem. I would definitely make the drive for future work.
