Rude and inconvenient customer service. I went in to buy a playstation $10 card to redeem online but did not have a $10 bill so I paid with a $20 dollar bill. I was expecting a $10 bill back for my change and instead got a $5 dollar bill and 5 old crumbly 1 dollar bills which were so wrinkled that she had trouble counting them in front of me and had to straighten them out . When I saw her counting I asked "you don't just have a $10 dollar bill?" To which she abruptly answered"NO!" So I took the change and as I was leaving she had the nerve to say "Sir, you forgot your reciept!!"Cashier's convenience at the expense of customer satisfaction it seems is the policy. She could have apologized and said "Sorry but we are low on 10s or we don't have any right now but I can give you two 5's" something along those lines but instead she was upset that I even asked and chose the least convenient way to give me my change. I do not look foward to coming back but I'll have to in the future ? Just wanted to share my experience

I bought stuff and trying to pay with paypal or venmo. But the manager said they don't have the QR code for that. I want to know if they don't have it on this location or just the manager doesn't know how to use that payment method. If she doesn't know she needs to have training for that if she is the manager.

Creepy how you can not see the charges and costs till sale is completed. They did not use my four dollar coupon that was in my account nor the discounted sale rate on the products I chose. I’ve RETURNED it ALL

They told me my medicine would be ready at certain time and I should up to only be told they are still working on it. I'm disabled in pain I had to wait in the parking lot.

I have been using this pharmacy for many years and just recently they changed Everyone employed there, I don't recognize anyone anymore, I use to pick up my medicine & my wife's medicine & they knew me on site & called me by name. Today I went in because the drive up window was closed and the lady at the counter whose name is Victoria, was very rude to me because after she gave me my wife's medicine, I said I also have medicine for myself & she rudely says "You should have told me you were picking up for 2 people " Excuse Me? First of all ,I'll speak as I choose & it makes no difference, you still have to get one at a time!! What is wrong with people?? Nobody wants to do their jobs these days. It's not like she waited & asked is there anything else or is there more? No, they take off so fast and only Half listen to you anyway it's ridiculous!!!! How dare you then get an attitude because I need you to complete my transaction & actually give me my medicine now after giving me my wife's medicine So sorry to require work from you! I miss the old staff they were kind, courteous & never Rude. I never had a bad experience with them, in fact when there were problems with my meds they were PRO active & called me, They were great, Bring back the previous staff! They were Amazing , shame to loose customers over rude staff cause we can find another cvs.

Went to the drive thru and waited for more than 5 minutes with no line, just for the pharmacist to tell me I have to get out of my car and get the medicine myself. I told her I just needed Tylenol and ibuprofen and I didn’t want to go inside because I was very sick and didn’t want to get anyone else sick inside. She told me she didn’t have any where she was without even bothering to look. So I go inside and I find Tylenol but could not find any ibuprofen. I asked the cashier if she can check if there is any Advil I can purchase and she told me “if there is none in the aisles then we don’t have any”. The pharmacist and cashier were uninterested in helping me out with finding medicine. Terrible service never going here for medicine again.

I would refrain from shopping here as an employee who works here by name "Joyce" was making homophobic remarks and when confronted she was defensive and said "if you knew me you'd know I'm loving" what she said was that she does not understand why people are gay and said the only thing that makes sense to her is that when someone's mom/dad doesn't love them they go looking for that love from someone else (as in a girl turning gay because her mom "didn't" love her) People do not just "turn" gay. Being a loving person doesn't mean invalidating someone's sexuality and projecting your own insecurities onto them.
