We have been taking our families cars to Craig’s for the last 10 years. Glad to have found a mechanic that is trustworthy and gives prices that are reasonable. He always does a good job and a good job of explaining things before he works on them if they are going to be costly, etc., highly recommend.

They are very professional I came in to get my coolant flushed, oil leak inspection, and brake pad inspection. They explained everything to me and gave me a good price. If you want to go to an honest auto repair shop come to Craig’s. I will be servicing my vehicles here from now on.

My previous mechanic retired. Had purchased Avalon that had been serviced at this location and decided that since the Avalon was in good condition, we would try it out. Tacoma brought in for timing belt and brake work. When driving off, had a loud clanking noise and returned. Maybe a tool left in there? They checked out, after...okay.Well found another mechanic. While servicing Avalon discovered water pump that was cheap import that was installed at Craigs and now leaking. Tacoma brake work was poor, rotor were not turned true and pads are the cheap ones that grab first out in the morning. Other small items indicated less than desirable work ethic.My worst mechanic experience in 55 years.

I have been taking my family's cars to Craig Auto Repair for many years. I have referred friends, family members, and coworkers to Craig's. They do an excellent work with all our vehicles. Great customer service. Matt is very helpful and honest. He always lets you know the price upfront and will communicate any changes before hand. The quality of their work is outstanding and is done in a timely manner. The prices are very fair. Referring my friends and family, is the best compliment/ review I can give Craig's Auto. Ruben

Best private mechanic in the valley. I have been bringing my cars to Craig's since I was a teenager when Craig owned the shop, now run by his son Matt. Honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. They have taken care of my Fords, Toyotas, Mercedes, Dodge, and Chevys. All service, no complaints.
