They are very rude and they will not help you when the gas's pump is broken and they just take the money and dont give you the money when you didn't even get gass,

I got gas here and my gas's line did not go up, I tried explaining it to them and they just told me that it's not our problem and I need to figure it out myself, what do you mean it's not our problem when you clearly work here and it's your store, they are rude, please don't do business here unless you want to get scammed

Sign said on government required rest break will be back at 10:30.Waited until 10:45 no one here.The owner should be aware of the employees actions .Apparently this is a norm at this location according to other reviews here.

Rude night time staff. I went on a Friday when they have free drinks for EMS and law enforcement. I didn't even want the hot dog or free drink I only requested ICE. And I was told I wasn't allowed. I was in full uniform . I will never go back to this place again. I wouldn't suggest giving my money to a place like this . Go somewhere else.

I've been coming here religiously for 7 years. Even though their gas prices are a little higher than the others, it's Chevron so I figure it's better for my car. My bad review here today is 100% based on their d*** employees, specifically the lady in the morning that can barely speak English or do simple math. It wouldn't be a big deal, however, SHE WORKS A CASH REGISTER!!! Every...single...time.... I buy stuff I get a drink and a snack and get the rest of a $20 in gas.....and EVERYTIME she messes up the numbers. Total $5.62, let me get $14.38 in pump (X). $3.06, let me get $16.94 in pump (X). EVERYTIME!!! Yesterday I was on my way to work, about 6 minutes ahead of schedule so I decided to stop in for my "usual." $6.95 let me get $13.05 on pump number 8 (debit). I go to my pump....nothing. Hang up the nozzle, press the mid-grade button again...nothing. I start doing the button manually with my hand and button mashing the mid-grade button...nothing. I walk back inside (mind you my 6 extra minutes is no up). I say, "C'mon, can you hit the button, you're going to make me late for work!" I go back to the pump....nothing.... She slowly comes out and said, "I put it on pump 5." Obviously the $13.05 made her panic and all she heard was "05." Then she asks me to swing around park at pump 5 instead of putting my $13.05 on the pump 8 like I asked. It's 7:08 am now and it's pretty busy at the pumps. I said, "No just give me my money back because I'm already going to be late for work." I followed her in to get my money, still complaining about how they ALWAYS mess it up when I get the change of a $20 on the pump and then she tells me she can't give me the change in cash, I have to "trust her" that she (the lady who can't do simple math) is going to credit my account. By this time a fake cop aka security guard shows me his Army Surplus private security badge and his IWB CCW (Inside Waist Band/Concealed Carry Weapon aka gun) and tells me he's a cop. I said, "So?" "What are you going to do arrest me for being mad...you're a security guard." All in all it just turned into a situation that I didn't want and ended up being 3 minutes late to work because of it. I know the owners Ford and Andy pretty well, they run good gas stations and they are nice people...but the employees.....yuck.

Fair warning: This station is fairly cramped and has limited parking. However, their prices are reasonable and the staff inside the mini-mart are incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager seems to be very on top of the inventory and I saw nothing out of stock. On top of that, this place consistently has a supply and wide variety of General Snus! This is definitely a gem in the north valley.

if you need a gas receipt and it doesn't print you will be SOL if the cashier is on his break. takes 25 minutes instead of 15 and locks door because there is no else st the station. watch 8 cars leave while I waited for my receipt because the pump didn't print. 6:15pm go gas and couldn't leave until 6:50. i wouldnt stop here if you are on your way to work or appointment. you will be late

Horrible customer service rude and inconsiderate cashier Was too busy counting his money to help me out. I gave $100 bill to put 60 bucks of gas but he said he didn't have change as he counted the money in front of me.

Horrible service at pumps, won't take vons rewards card, must go inside, then pumped filled at literally one one-hundredth of a gal per second.
