I had a really wonderful experience, the lady in front was really empathetic to my situation, she helped me a lot! I really trust the mechanics here, have taken my car here for years, honest workers and super polite!!!

Love this place. Darlene the owner is what every woman who has ever been “mansplained” to by a male mechanic needs. She explains what your car needs in simple language as well as what repairs could be put off for awhile. Bohans automotive keeps my 2006 Mustang in tip top shape. Also the fact that they have a loaner car is an AMAZING plus! Please support this business. You won’t be sorry.

I’ve been with Bohans since they first opened. I’ve been with Bohans in Valencia for the longest….Darlene & friends have been taking care of various cars from my Cadillac jeep Buick enclave and every person I’ve recommended family members and friends thay never had a complaint. Thank you BOHANS!!!

This place was Great, I was greeted by Mike, he answered my questions in a professional and respectful manner, I will comeback just for that reason alone, the service in mar car was done correctly and clean, Mike has made me a believer in customer service again

First of all I want to thank Darlene for her help the minute I called in desperate need to have my car fixed. I had to used my car's warranty for the first time and did not know how to start the process ( when my dealership did not explain it to me). She walked me through out the whole process and all I had to do is give her a phone number and she took care of everything! All I had to do is have my car towed to her auto shop and got a 3 day process done the next day I didn't have to get a rental because the turn around was so quickly. She kept me posted the entire time and was very informative, profesional , and punctual about getting my car back ASAP. I 100% recommend them and I will be definitely returning for any future maintenance and recommend them to friends and family!!!!!!

Really disappointed, took my Chevy there, told the lady what the care was doing, they did repairs , charged me $1,700, when I picked my car up and drove it was doing the same thing as when I took it in, the car was jerking when driving and it was not shifting, ten minutes after I picked it up, the check engine light came back again. Took it back and Ziggy told me " I fixed what you tole me to fix" I never told him because I am not a mechanic. He checked it again and this time the lady says, " it is the transmission, we don't do that here" $1,700 in repairs and they supposedly test drove the car and did not feel the car jerking. I am never returning here, they clearly do not know what they are doing.

Trustworthy and quick...what more could you want out of an automotive repair shop? I didn't tell them but I grew up in a multi-generation mechanics household. Lol you learn a thing or two even when you don't want to. Being from Montana, these guys understandably were concerned with my freeze plug, for my blockheater. They didn't lie, they straight said what is this. After I told them, it was a light bulb. Thank you guys. It's rare to find a repair shop that is so straightforward.

My family and I have taken our vehicles to Bohans for years. They are honest and efficient. Darlene is always helpful and prices are competitive. They have always been good to us.

Young guy took care of me, he was very professional, honest and caring. Only downside was he snapped off my grill, not a big deal but I’d wish he told me. Other than that, this place is chill.
