I love this place
Everybody is always nice and courteous
Chris helped me just get oil and power steering fluid
Something I could’ve gotten off the shelf myself
But there is such good customer service there he went to the shelf with me and picked out the right kind I needed for the car I had
That’s what makes me keep coming back
To this great store!

I've been coming to this autozone for years. very great customer service very friendly I definitely recommend people coming to this autozone. But The autozone in granada hills next to ralphs Please do not go there. They have very bad customer service and everyone works. There are very rude.

Came for a battery test and when it was established I needed one, Chris gave me options, I purchased one and he installed it quickly.
Very fast and friendly service. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes.

Super friendly and helpful staff.Laney helped me from start to finish and was amazing. She found me exactly what I needed and even installed for me in the rain. Truly an angel. Whenever I need to go to an autozone this is the one I’ll go to.

Today I was passing by this autozone when my right back passenger tire suddenly popped and I had to drive into the store and received help from the store manager Dionisio, Virginia, and Jaime commercial manager, you may ask why I mention them ..well this morning I ran out w/a few bucks and nothing more and lacking vehicle knowledge, Virginia greeted with excellent customer service, asked me and assisted me on which item I needed to purchase. Lacking in money the store manager gave me a discount to help me with my purchase. After that Virginia assisted me with using the product and many attempts we realized the tire had a hole and was unrepairable with the item I purchased. Then the Commercial Manager Jaime came out and changed my tire with the spare and I was able to drive home safely. Thank you very much for taking the time to help me, for being kind and giving me excellent 110% customer service. My family will make this store our #1.. thank you
