My fiancée's grandmother lives at this community. As someone who works in senior living I'm able to hone in on what is most important, being, food, cleanliness, and offered socialization, which they all do very well according to her and her family. It's a big relief for me knowing she is safe, and I'm happy to see her family satisfied with the care. Thank you for all you do.

My family and I are grateful for this facility and their caregivers. My father has been at Ararat home for the past three months and we feel so blessed to have found a place where he can get the highest quality of service, in an environment where people speak Armenian and prepare Armenian food. While his stay has been emotionally difficult on the family, a several people have made his final days especially comforting. Maritsa, Jacqueline, and Gladys (south/ west wing) have been kind, patient, and attentive to all his needs/requests. They have sincerely shown him respect, and kept him clean and groomed. Thank you for your exceptional service.

99% of employees here drive like maniacs!!!! They definitely son't acknowledge " pedestrians first!"

I had my grandfather in this facility and his items kept going missing. The staff would tell me to bring more items and they would also magically go missing. Then later I found out from other people who also had their relatives in Ararat Home that their loved ones items would ALSO go missing. The staff would play d*** and were OBVIOUSLY taking the elderly tenants items. So sad that they have to steal brand new slippers, clothes and other essentials. Complaining to anyone gets you nowhere, they cover for one another because they all do it, so that is why I had to use this platform. I hope this post assists at least one person to put their loved ones in a well maintained/run care facility, not like here unfortunately.

They definitely can use more CNA's, specially Armenian speaking CNA's since majority of the residents's first language is Armenian. We owe a big thank to the activity personal to entertain the patients during the lock done .& helping the CNA's . This is a dream come true home Replacment for our loved ones . It's like a dream come true, beautiful, clean with many high skills nurses who are working around the clock with care & passion to help these elderly patients. Specially their extra cleanliness & requirements for Covid 19 , We are so thankful for their wisdom & planning ahead to predicting any possibilities to protect the residents lives to avoid any Covid mutation .

The Patatanyan family acknowledges and respects what Arat Home has done for us and our family. We appreciate all the services Ararat Home has provided for us and for our family members for Marinos Patatanyan, Sampson Patatanyan, lastly Tevan Patatanyan and now Khoren Patatanyan. They have always appreciated all the work the staff has provided for them and have always felt happy and comfortable spending their remainder of their time at Ararat Home. They always greet us with smiles and make sure that our families feel as comfortable as possible whether it may be give them their favorite homemade dishes, doing daily activities with them and etc. We are so thankful for all the caring and wonderful staff and the services that they have provided for us over the many years.

We have had the most positive experience at Ararat Home in Mission Hills both in their Nursing and Assisted Living who have taken care of our parents as they were their own. The staff from top to bottom is exceptional. The facility is very clean, during all our visits we have never smelled it to be like a hospital or other other such facilities we had experienced before. They decorate for every Holiday and entertain the residents daily with songs, activities and personal attention, and provide high quality food in a very loving environment. I would love to be admitted to this facility when the day comes that I would need the care of professionals. Thank you all at Ararat Home.

I specifically went to the senior living facility (or the nursing facility) at this complex to visit my aunt. Let me tell you no matter how perfect this places are it is still depressing and no parent deserves to be left alone here. The service every time we visited seemed good, the place looks clean and organized and you don't smell the typical nursing home smell here. Overall, in my opinion and having visited other nursing home facilities this is the best one.

My relative is a resident of Ararat Home facility, super clean, they take care of him, respect him and his needs, he's happy there so I highly recommend it to anyone that is worried about his loved ones to be well taken care of....
