They answer phone when you call, know whats going on, never a line. Just a great local place. And they have always had all perceptions available (which id been worried about)”

“I highly recommend La Jolla Discount Pharmacy. The owner, David, went out of his way to find a medication prescribed by my fertility doctor that he did not currently have in stock. Including visiting multiple pharmacies to pick it up for me. David spent time reviewing with me how to use the meds and provided his number in case I had any questions, especially after hours. “Am very happy about costco Customer Service always Specially today at Poway tech center Dr. Here is the thing what happened to me .I did eye exam last week and order one prescription Lens . After a week they texted me to pickup the glass . Unfortunately the glass didn't great that much as well it didn't fit me well when I wear it truly uncomfortable. So I went back after two days and talk to optical department and explained what happened and what options I have either to return or exchange. And the eyeglass department manager named Kiev She Came up with No Solution and I have to keep it the glass . So bad $200 glass Spent for nothing . Even anywhere they give you 30 days exchange or refund option if you don't like it why not Costco ? This is the Best place for Customer Satisfaction no one else reached it . I called Costco Manager to Solve my Situation , to be honest I even not Stayed for 2 minutes to Solve and make me happy again for Costco Customer Service. You are So great Sir .This 5 Star Award is Yours. Really appreciated. I always love Costco!!”

As an elderly woman, her professionalism, medical knowledge, and care has been nothing I have ever encountered before. They take care of me. “My husband and I used to use another pharmacy but we decided try Medical Arts Pharmacy last year since that's where our doctors appointments usually are. We've been so pleased. The service has been exceptional. We both have several doctors and numerous prescriptions. The staff keeps us on track with our refills and renewals. “I came to this Sorrento Valley location for my dreaded flu and COVID shots. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the whole process and experience. From making the appointment to the easy-to-find and convenient location (just off Mira Mesa Blvd.). The receptionist and nurses were friendly, helpful, and caring. The whole experience took less than 15 minutes. Hopefully, there will be minimal side effects. So far, so good.”
“Six years now I've had the pleasure of this establishment; I happen to live within walking distance, across the street in fact, maybe a half mile walking away, tops. Yes, many of the shelves are bare or totally empty. Many shelves have Mouthwash for some reason, wherever I look or turn, Mouthwash more and more mouthwash...LOLOLOL. The employees are very nice to me, they always greet me (and everyone that walks through that door) with a hardy welcome. The Pharmacy is another story, a BIG "No speaky the English" Problem here at the pharmacy no less, very very difficult to understand. I think this place is for Vietnamese Customers exclusively. I never get my meds here even though they are directly across the street from me, in addition to not comprehending me when I speak, they, unfortunately, lie to you as well. I come here primarily for Amazon, they have a package pickup spot here and I like their Butter Pecan Ice Cream. Great parking, very clean, nice employees, but the lines always seem to move slowly. I try not to buy anything for this reason; and extremely limited inventory. Price-wise, one can certainly do better and save money at Wmart, Tget, or even CVS has a more complete inventory.”

“I've used Walgreens photo a couple of times. Once to blow up pictures of my stepson beautiful Mom for a funeral. They did a great job and very quick in person service without an appointment. The second time, I ordered pictures to be developed and to be blown up to make a few celebrations of life posters for my friend who passed. I got a really good discount online. I was also able to pick up the same day if it was early enough. Their service is very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend their services. They only offer discounts when you order online, and you need to click those coupons carefully bc they can disappear during the process of uploading pictures.”

“CVS is our new insurance preferred pharmacy. It turned out it is the best pharmacy we ever used in Mira Mesa. Our experience in this pharmacy is a huge difference from another local pharmacy. Before we had to use a pharmacy in La Jolla due to the awful service we encountered in Mira Mesa. Every worker in this CVS is professional, friendly, patient and helpful. They answer phone calls in a highly timely manner and give clear guidance. They also kindly handled vaccinations for my husband and me, and thoughtfully arranged everything to make our vaccines done quickly and comfortably, although we arrived far earlier then our scheduled time. Their high standard professional service is impressive and unforgettable.”
