One mechanic (I'm sorry because I don't remember his name) greeted me, explained me the check in procedure .After checking in on a screen, mechanic Francisco asked me what's going on with the truck.He fixed the problem , an easy job to fix, but pretty difficult to figure it out.Very polite and respectful people at this location, but what impressed me a lot, was their will to help, without waiting for someone to ask them to do something.”

“I recently picked up a 2016 NRR and let me tell you, I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I shopped around for weeks searching for a reliable work truck. I even considered flying to Texas to pick one up and drive back to Calif. Finally after exhausting myself on Google, I ran across Freeway Isuzu. I was immediately impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the sales team. I didn't feel any pressure to make the deal and appreciated the fact that they didn't try to "sell" me unnecessary extra features. Freeway Isuzu by far blew the competitors out of the water. The 2 hour, 74 mile commute was well worth it. I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is in the market to buy to give them a call. If I could give could give more stars I would.”

The shows are amazing, plenty of restaurants, I recommend watching the water show, get the Harry potter rides and make sure you go downstairs for the Jurassic Park experience as well as the universal Hollywood tour. “Called in looking for a 26' box truck because the place I usually go was out. I got a live person on the phone right away(no hassle phone system) I believe his name was Anthony. Very helpful, got me checked in & on my way quickly. The truck is in good overall condition, only minor complaint is there is what I assume to be safety system installed which beeps at you every time it thinks you're too close to the car in front of you, or every time someone changes lanes in front of you. Otherwise was a great rental experience, they even give you til closing the day after you rent, at the one day charge. I'll use them again in the future.”

“I've been working with Jaime to get a truck rental for a big move. The truck was available and ready the same day. A few days after returning it we needed it for one more day. I called Jaime back and he had it ready for me within an hour. When I showed up he had all the paperwork done and keys ready. I was in and out in under five minutes. Couldn't get better than that.”

“We had a catastrophic truck failure with our 2022 RAM's transmission while towing a trailer full of our daughter's stuff to Tennessee. We were under a hard time deadline, and after getting our truck to a dealership for repairs, I found this Enterprise to find a replacement rental truck, since ours was gonna be out of commission for a while. The lady that greeted me at the counter was very sweet. She did seemingly everything she could to get our rate down and also provided Wifey and I with a lot of extra miles, since we needed to drive the truck to TN and back to CA. Although the bill still stung a bit at the end, we were in a pickle because my RAM had failed, and this Enterprise helped me take care of my Family.”

“It’s hit or miss with this place. Sometime the employees are cool as hell and sometimes they just needed to not come to work. But came in to get a quick drive tire change. Didn’t take them long and they were in between shifts. Giving a 4 start this time”

“Had a good experience. Called in the morning. Got a car ready for me in two hours. Arrived at the location. Sweet elder lady assisted me. Explained everything elaborately. Off I went. Came back to drop off. I dropped off overnight and brought the keys in the morning when they opened. She didn't charge me extra (I'm mentioning this because I've read some reviews where some uhaul places wrongly charge people to hand over keys the next morning). I had my infant in the car and she was so sweet to come out to my car and run in and out to help me out. That's awesome customer service. They sell a ton of other random stuff like animal feed and medications. Hidden gem for animal Care.”
