Nice store but all we needed to do was scan some documents... wasn't even a copy, just electronic scan. It cost us $60.00! Can't even believe how criminal that is.

Went in today to realize there is a new program. Gus helped us get everything set up as well as ensured we received our points. Gus was so amazing I asked to complete a survey. I made sure to go this extra mile for him as he did for us. Thank you Gus

There's so many wonderful things to find when it comes to supplies or even an awesome desk to wanna have in ones own home, so it's a main reason why I would recommend STAPLES to Friends & Family. It's a place to make your own home room into an awesome looking office or gaming space!

The person who helped me when I picked up my item was very kind. However, the item that I received seemed as if it was damaged. When I called I got a person who was argumentative with me about my situation and seemed as if they were making excuses for the person who made the mistake. While I understand making mistakes when it is only one item I’m purchasing you would think you would check the item. Really disappointed. Not to mention I did pick up but there was no way for me to let them know I was there within the staples app. Which isn’t the stores fault but I had to go inside to get my item. I’m frustrated because now if I want my item replaced which I needed asap now they want me to drive back and return it. The apology the lady gave me wasn’t sincere whatsoever. First time I had a not so great experience at this location. Usually they are really helpful and kind ..
