I have to say this location has terrible customer service , some of the technical advisers will not even try a little bit to help you. The first answer is no besides Carlos always try hard to find a way to help. . The mechanics lack of knowledge it’s unbelievable and they always try to find something to charge. You doesn’t matter if the bus is brand new no wonder we’re changing to MCI. .

Just had our coach in for OTR bus air service and a few other items needing repair. Even some custom undercarriage work. Louise is a Prevost Master! Delene and the crew there went out of their way to help us. We so much appreciate these people. All the work was performed top notch and we drove home with the a/c blowing ice cold :). Thank you Prevost at Mira Loma!

It's unfortunate this service center overcharges for their services. I feel sorry for Prevost owners that rely on this shop. They employ processes that take more time to resolve a problem. They also charge for every minute a Technician is clocked in, even if it's non-productive and non-value added.
