Would rate them zero if possible. We ordered flowers for a double family funeral. My husband asked if the person he was talking to was in the city and on-site. They LIED and said yes. They made multiple mistakes on the order. After talking to the 3rd person and assured there would be no problems, it was a nightmare. We should have realized that everytime we called we talked to different people. Day of the funeral they left messages and texted about wanting to confirm the deceased names. Then a text less than an hour before the funeral stating that the order was cancelled due to us not providing info. They are one of the most INCOMPETENT company's we have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS.

Although the receivers address was filled out correctly when submitting the address for the credit card info ; if accidentally click same address as receiver it holds that information even after it is corrected. They seem to be aware of this glitch and do not make any attempt to 1 -correct it for the future 2 -apologize to client or 3 -make amends.

I purchased a dozen red roses for my Fiance and box of chocolates with a card to be delivered on Valentines day. She got an arrangement of white roses befitting a funeral and a card from who knows who, and no chocolates. Needless to say this was not well received.

Been here twice, Nora is a sweetheart and the bouquets she’s put together for me have been lovely. Not cheap prices but she’s worked with me on my budget. Recommend!

Excellent customer service! The owner is very knowledgeable and a humble lady. I explained that I wanted a medium sized bouquet for my daughter’s quinceañera photo shoot and she delivered exactly what I wanted! Very reasonable prices! I highly recommend this place!

Nice family owned store to get flowers for a loved one or for funeral. Excellent customer service even tho the store was closed, she still allowed us in. The flowers were nice and the price was reasonable.

Hi, I wanted to say that I visited this place for the first time, and I'm sure it'll be the last time too. I think that when you buy something from a bussines, you as the owner shouldn't care what the customers do with whatever they buy from you. That is what's giving you business so that should be enough, the owner of this place lacks education and she shouldn't make a client feel uncomfortable .
