“Called them in a panic because another moving company (I won’t name them but if you’re in the Inland Empire be careful!) did me dirty. Not only did they squeeze us in at the last minute but they came ready and knocked out our move in the time promised. They moved quick, were diligent with my items and even made sure not to scuff my walls after the other moving company damn near took our walls out. In all, if I ever need help moving anything they would be the first I would call, no doubt!”

The staff is very kind and professional, the containers were like new, super clean and very solid, with a way to lock them too. Rain did not affect any of my contents. “This review is long overdue, moved in February using VIP. Everyone I encountered and interacted with at VIP was a true professional. I spoke with Khalila first, who gathered some details about my move and set me up with an over the phone video survey with Jesse, the sales agent. She was also my move coordinator and checked in with me throughout the process, and even after the move. Her upbeat, super helpful and friendly personality really helped with one of the most stressful times of my life.Jesse, who did the survey of my home and provided me with my quote was very meticulous and very well informed about the specifics of what would be required. He took his time to make sure all expectations were understood. The quote was realistic and the time frames required for assembly/reassembly of certain equipment, number of movers and materials needed was clearly explained. He was easily reachable over the phone and via text and email for questions. The guys that came to do the actual dirty work - packing all of my belongings, loading them, transporting them and unpacking, were also great. I spent a lot of time chatting with the driver Carlos, who was also one of the packers. He had a friendly and engaging personality. The guys were very careful with everything and not a single thing arrived broken. By the way VIP, you do not pay these guys enough, pay them more!!It's also important to note that unlike a lot of other movers who are small operations (and also may not be bonded and insured), VIP has the trucks and manpower to be able to schedule several people for a job even with short lead times. I contacted them mid month for an end of the month local move; I needed everything done in one day (packing, loading, transporting, unpacking) and they were able to send 5 guys to make it happen.I did end up having to make a claim for some missing items which were inadvertently left behind in my previous residence. I worked with Mindy on the claim and she was absolutely great as well. All in all, VIP's customer service was exceptional, the move was well coordinated and I am glad I picked them.”

“Everything is done according to their agreement. They will bring the trailer to your address, and you will have 3 days to load the space you purchased. Then, they will deliver it to the destination address, and you will have 3 days to unload it. Their customer service people always answer the phone, give you information, or answer any questions. Their website is easy to use and you will get text messages with updates and links.”

I keep my holiday decorations there, so I stop by every other month (a couple of times between November and January just to set up all my Christmas displays), and they are always friendly.”

It is lovely talking to her and the on site manager everytime I see them. I have never felt unsafe or rushed while I’m there. I have been a tenant for a year and never had a negative experience. The location is always clean and is well protected. Would give a higher rating if possible.”

“Great service for a fair price. We called a lot of places and their rates were drastically better than everyone else's. We received three men to help us move our 2br/2b apartment from Los Angeles to San Diego for around 2k. Everyone else quoted us around 3k. Adam and his crew were clearly skilled professionals. We've used other movers before but this crew really stood out with their amazing skills and coordination. Their packing, furniture disassembly and reassembly was efficient and outstanding. I wish I took pictures but they were too quick. All our furniture looks beautiful, no damages and the boxes still look good as new. I was very impressed with this whole experience. I don't think I've ever left a yelp review before but these guys really deserved the shout out. I will be recommending them to friends and family.”
