“I submitted pre approval applications with 2 different lenders before getting introduced to Shyam and his team. To be honest, I was very disgruntled with what I was getting approved for prior to meeting Shyam because I knew my income and credit score were stronger than what I was getting approved for. I consider extremely myself lucky to have switched realtors because my realtor, Charles Velasco introduced me to Shyam and his team. I've called my bank, credit union, and all wanted me to have a certain amount using a conventional loan so I have to wait and save to use them. Then I called few institutions that did not explain anything well so I had to cease service with them because they weren't explaining things for I to understand.
