“Shout to Lisa at this store! I had switched from Verizon to T-Mobile a few months ago and randomly received a $400 bill from T-Mobile saying I didn't return a home internet router even though I did and had a UPS tracking number showing it was sent back to T-Mobile. Lisa was super helpful and polite. She got customer care on the phone and literally argued with them on my behalf to help get rid of the bogus charges. You really can't beat that level of service..especially when you're not even a T-Mobile customer.”
