I'd previously left my dogs here for boarding when I went in vacation and Ramona was great with them. Now I've found that Ramona is not there anymore and that the previous owner is deceased. Whoever the person answering the phone now provided me that information. I'm urgently trying to find a place to leave my dog but the new owner only picks up the phone and puts down the receiver without talking to me about my dog's needs. She'd also previously promised she'd call me back and didn't bother to. I've also left voicemails with no call back. I don't know if this place still offers dog boarding, I do hear dogs in the background when the receiver has been picked up, but the person answering doesn't say anything. What kind of business is this? No call backs, leaving the receiver on a table where I can hear the dogs but the person who answered doesn't talk to me. Shat is this person's business sense or problem? Definitely not someone who I want to do business with!

All my dogs have always loved this place... clean, fun, and with loving caretakers. It's a summer camp for dogs (and a beauty shop before pickup!).

I stopped using this groomer because my dog got a skin infection. I discovered he did not have a sanitary working environment. I regret having to discontinue his services because he was a good groomer.

Taken my dogs here a few times. No problems until 1 of my dogs came home with both eyes bloodshot red. Requested for richard to see eyes but got no availability from him. So my husband took our dog to there and showed them the proof of the eyes being blood red. The lady there which is richards sister said with an attitude "what do you think? We are a veterinarian hospital. So we can't tell anything". Husband said to her you should know why because you bathed my dog just hours ago. That lady said well i dont kbow what to tell you and walked to the back room of the groomer leaving my husband there standing. Guess he had drs appts everyday for a week. What i was told everyday. Didnt wait so i took my dog to the vet. Vet told us our dog had a really bad infections in both eyes. Now 1 of our babys eyes is clouded and blind. Vet told us this groomer does not sanitize his grooming tools. Nor uses clean grooming equipment after other uses on other pets. This vet has had other dogs with similar infection from this groomer. Sad i could not get any reply/call or sincerity from Richard as i knew him since i was a child. I babysitted his horses as a teenager.Forgot to mention before this incident i recently lost 1 of my dogs from age. This dog would panic everytime we would bath and worse with a brushing. To me he was probably torture during the grooming service. For 14 yrs my dog would love grooming. So sorry babies, I should of paid more attention to the signs. Now i have a baby with 1 eye blind. Please pay attention where you take your babies to get groomed. Read every review. I trusted this place as i knew them growing up. I thought wrong.The. lady that works there has a really bad attitude that hangs up on you. She would always say i know who you are when i would leave a message for Richard. For this problem with the eye infection she would never let me finish talking on the phone bwfore hanging up on me. Also years before to just to get a hold of Richard to see if he is available to groom my babies. Inwould never had done this kind of review since ive know Richard all my life. But my little sweetheart is blind now.

Is this place still providing dog grooming services? I call the phone number, leave message but no response. I've taken my dogs to them before Covid and loved their service

Our Italian Greyhounds (3 different little guys) have been going to Country Place Kennels for 20+ years when we go away on trips where they can't come. Ramona and team have always taken very good care of our fur babies. They never have been sad or traumatized and are always clean when we pick them up. We could tell that our dogs were given love and attention by Ramona and we don't trust any other doggie hotel/kennel with our babies. This place is not fancy (dogs don't care about that) but clean, has been very reputable for many years and dogs are provided a loving environment.

We have used this place for years and have never had a problem. My dogs love it here and get so excited when we turn into their driveway. I would definitely recommend this place for boarding and they do a great grooming job too.

We board our dog here and get him groomed several times a year. They take great care of him and I feel comfortable leaving him in their care. Ramona and Richard are the best!
