I visit home depots in the area from perris,temecula, but this is my favorite store to visit. All employees are always asking if I need assistance or need help loading. “I recently had my washing machine go out. I called Hartshorne to come to my home and service my washing machine. They came out, but sadly my washer was beyond repair so the repairman referred me to go to Hartshorn's to look into getting a new washing machine. My husband and I went to a Hartshorn's and was greeted by a lovely lady named Kathy. She showed us all of the options and worked with us until we found what we were looking for. We ended up getting both the washer and dryer and the pedestals to match. She showed us how to use it. She couldn't praise the set that we got any higher. She said she also owned the same set. She was so warm and welcoming and really knew her products. We asked her if our new washer and dryer could be delivered next day, and she said absolutely. She called her delivery person Sal, and he was available to do the delivery the following day. When Sal and his son arrived, they were nothing but professional from removing our old washer and dryer to installing the new washer and dryer. Both Sal and his son were so polite and accommodating. I could not recommend Hartshorn's anymore highly than I do today. They were awesome.”

“Great place, store attendants were helpful and moreknowledgeable than typical people working at big box stores. My 15 year old water heater had took a crap, and it was time to get a new one. I planned to replace it quickly, but I wasn't happy with the on-hand brand selection at the big box stores. I did a quick google search, and found this place less than a mile from mg house. I called their hotline on my way to work at about 7:30 am, and I was able to put an order in for pick up that same day. I received a text message about and hour later indicating the order was ready. I picked it up at about 4 pm on my way home from work. The man that helped me answered some basic questions about installation, as I had never installed one before, and he loaded it onto my truck for me. I had hot water three hours later.”

I'll be needing a stove soon and I'll be back to Howard's and will be looking for Bobby Thirkills assistance again.”

“Great experience so far. We purchased the works, a washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove. We've had two small issues and José Luis and his team have driven about 1 hour each time to assist and have covered them under their excellent 90 day warranty. They even gave me a few extra days warranty on one issue. They have proven to be accommodating, have fair prices and so far the appliances have been great! Looking to purchase a few more appliances for an upcoming project!”

“I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.”

“Went to Ferguson's for a specific part my husband needed for the sink. Since this is the first time I have been here, and I have no clue where anything would be, I waited for the person at the cash register to help. I didn't get his name, but he was super nice and helped me find the product my husband needed. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on the item, but the guy offered a replacement product that was similar but it wouldn't work for the sink we had. I appreciate the time he took to help me and I went to another Ferguson's and they had the part and I didn't need to ask anyone since I knew where it was from this Ferguson's. Will be back for my plumbing needs!”

“I like this location the people are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they shut down all the cash registers except at lumber. I hate self checkout. I have been accused of theft in the past, not at Lowe's. Due to this I will never again use self checkout. So now they only have one register open. It drives me nuts. Please open more cash registers. The self checkout is just too potentially problematic for me.”
