Sat on the side of hwy 58 in the mohave desert for 5 hours!!!! The tow truck driver that showed up was great BUT getting a tow was impossible. Not happy AT ALL!

AAA Road Services is awesome!! Our car died and we called Daniel. Within 15 minutes he was there. He tested our battery first and we discovered that it was basically dead. He tried to give us a jump anyways, but to no avail. Fortunately he offered us a completely new battery from his arsenal of hero equipment in the back of his car. Have had AAA for over 10 years and this service has is now horrible. I called for roadside assistance and was told it was going to take over 3 hours, so I kept that call but called back to AAA to find out if I can get a faster tow, I was told that it shouldn't take that long and they would send another driver. Now it's been over 3 hours and I still have not gotten another driver assigned to my call. Sitting on the side of an unsafe freeway without any help?!?!Do not recommend AAA any more.

I have my handyman's truck stuck into my sandy one acre backyard. Called AAA and explained the situation, I told them that I have 60 feet of a bad soul and that the tow could get stuck so they should probably needed to bring a jack and a long chain in order not to get stuck as well if they got too close to the truck. The towing company came 20 minutes late and they said there was not way for any flatbed to get into dirt and that AAA wouldn't cover, si the driver wanted to charge to to do the "side" job $250 that of course did not acceptI DINT REMEMBER THE TOWING COMPANY NAME BUT AT RHE END AAA WAS THE ONE MAKING THE MISTAKE, THEY SHOULD HABE TOLD ME THAT NOBODY WOULD GET INTO A SANDY SOIL. .
