Albert and Peter are always a pleasure to deal with. They are the Best! The mechanics do a great job! That's why they are super busy all the time.
I don't understand how the Rewards program works. Albert explained it, but I still don't quite understand it.

Not good for oil change. They use their own oil brand. Pennzoil Full Synthetic motor oil - not sure whether its good or not.

Peter, the manager was really excellent in diagnosing my car's AC issue. He explained everything in detail. The courtesy inspection also caught the fact that my tires were bad, so ended up replacing all of them too. My car feels like it's new and it definitely was better than the dealership experience. Thank you Peter and Wheel Works!

Rude and incompetent staff, unable to fix my car’s issue despite coming in a few times but are instead acting very defensive and accusatory when asked questions (Also once I was in store and overheard phone conversation with some customers and shocked to hear some rude attitude of some staff). Read other reviews and apparently some staff (Troung?) is a repeat offender of rude customer service yet he is still working in the store. Even funnier is that WheelWorks’s responses to past reviews of bad customer service (claim that bad customer service is unusual but it apparently is common for years). Amazing how WheelWorks really cares less about customers.

Drive by this location and finally choose to stop by for my MDX service, I am very satisfied with the work done well. Location is easy to access and communication between the tech to me is more than expected. I'd love to refer to all my friends

Peter and Al gave great service. From the time I scheduled the appointment, Peter was honest about the time frame that it will be done since I have one car and will need to wait. My car needed an oil change, check the rear tire, and replace wiper blades. Al was patient, paid attention to detail (oil filter), and good in recommendation for the wiper blades. The service was completed before the time suggested. I appreciate the honesty in how long the service would take and the the service given. I recommend Wheel Works in Milpitas for your car services.

I used to like this store, but after personnel changes. Every times I have poor experience. Long wait time, inconsistent messages from the store staff, and not friendly service.
