I counted my money multiple times before coming in here, I know how much I had, they short changed me $100, these people will gladly steal your money when you’re leaving a cash deposit, be careful.

Had a roll of dimes to deposit, teller disbelieved it was $5 and proceeded to count it, and insisted it was 1 dime short after counting it incorrectly. I had to recount it for her. If you are a teller you should know how to count currency and not embarrass your customers by making them count it correctly for you

Terrible experience. I had to go to the bank for the 3rd time since they didn’t resolve my issue. Whereas a lot of people were waiting, some of the employees were just doing nothing and watching, instead of serving customers. Definitely the services need to be improved.
