Poor customer service. Long waits, long lines. Only 1 teller window open at lunch hour. The busiest time. I only come here because my elderly mother banks here., Wells Fargo. You need to do better. We have busy work schedules and it should not take 30 mins for a simple bank transaction.

I had an appointment with this branch 4:30pm today. Although I was late by 10min, that banker disappears from her desk when I arrived. Later when she showed up, she told me she cannot serve me any more because I was later. I told her that I only need to renew my CD which other banks did it in 5min before and at that time it was 4:48pm. She said she could not do it. In stead, she just stand near the door like door woman waiting to close the door and go home. From now on, I decided not to put new money into Wells-Fargo any more. I just heard Citibank and BMO has CD rate the same as Wells-Fargo. I am going to put money to those bank in the future.

Extremely inefficient tellers. Simple transactions like Cashier's checks can take them 15 minutes to process. So if you have 5 people in front of you, good luck to you. You might as well bring a book and a camping chair and a 6 pack.

It’s my second time I’m visiting this branch, both time had bad experiences. Lazy employees. Asked to open a business account it’s was 4:20 PM. Sorry it’s late we can’t, come back tomorrow, I’m closing my personal account with them. I wish I could give them - 10 stars. I went to Citi a cross street - great service, opened my account.

This place need to be updated by looking at the reviews it don't change they have to many excuses and they apologize repeatedly no action.My experience here is so bad an atm machine that doesn't work it say no paper took me a whole week to get my refund back. This is such a simple mistake .Anyway just do the right thing.

Typical branch for this bank, employees tend to avoid contact with customers (this visit I waited in line for 20 minutes while one of the 2 cashiers tried his best to avoid having to wait on me). The manager was ok. Location is old and outdated, especially the section used for safe deposit box customers. Parking can be a challenge especially at peak periods.

I used to love this place Year back, the staffs were friendly, helpful and fast... But Idk what happened now this place is horrible. The new staffs don't have the same mentality and passion as previous staffs.

Mostly totally useless! Each branch makes up their own rules and complete inconsistency between what you get from calling Wells Fargo on the phone versus what they tell you in the branch. That said, if you're lucky, you could get a banker that is awesome - but if you do, thank you lucky stars!

Terrible customer service. I waited almost one one hour in line for a person to take me to my safety deposit box there today. They have a very small staff with all the people I knew from the pre pandemic era apparently gone. Everybody there today was in their early 20's with most of them sitting alone working at their computers at their desks. None of them went to the window to help out the two overloaded people at the windows as the line expanded out the door. When I complained, the one very young woman sitting at her desk said they have no plans on hiring more people and that i should find another bank if I don't like the wait. She then went back to sit at her desk all alone and work on the computer rather than helping out at the window. She couldn't have cared less. I am now working to follow her advise and find a new bank in the Milpitas area as soon as possible.

Wish I could give less than one star -Very Poorly Managed Bank -Long lines at all times , we have had our accounts here for over 25 years -only 2 counters open at any given time and huge line of customers waiting while few staff are sitting behind doing nothing plus they promptly refuse access 30 mins before they close !!!! 2 in counter and 5 plus employees just walking around or just sitting -what kinda customer service is this !!!!

Came in today to a huge line. They had two counters open! Two employees actually working the rest just sitting around at their desk not helping anyone. What’s the point of so much staff if they don’t even help?! So frustrating. Took me 45 mins for a simple deposit.

Had the worst experince ever, the staff is unprofessional and even I had an appointment they took somebody before me has the WORST experience ever never go there there are much better branches. Very rude staff Wells Fargo should close this branch or fire them all

Worst customer service you can experience from a bank. They don't want to talk to you or explain anything. There was a woman who was just herding customers inside like sheep. When I tried to say what I was not there for teller, she asked me to stop speaking. They didn't cooperate until I had to insist. Even then, they sandbagged about the brokerage account. On the building, they shouldn't write about financial services or brokerage, if they just deposit checks. Never seen such noncooperation from a bank.

Super annoying experience! I came in to get a cashier's check. The line was near the door and growing. While waiting the line grew to the point it was out the door. They had 2 tellers at the counter moving slower than a turtle. Meanwhile there were 3 employees asking everyone in line what they need. Once we shared what we needed they said, "someone will help you shortly". Obviously they weren't able to assist. Here's an idea, instead of having staff ask everyone in line what they need, how about have them hop behind the counter and help get the line down. Then they can go back to their comfy desks!

Staff doesn't speak English. Only Chinese.Disrespectful! At the last moment I decided against a bank account here. That is the right decision.
