Poor customer service. Long waits, long lines. Only 1 teller window open at lunch hour. The busiest time. I only come here because my elderly mother banks here., Wells Fargo. You need to do better. We have busy work schedules and it should not take 30 mins for a simple bank transaction.

Terrible customer service. I waited almost one one hour in line for a person to take me to my safety deposit box there today. They have a very small staff with all the people I knew from the pre pandemic era apparently gone. Everybody there today was in their early 20's with most of them sitting alone working at their computers at their desks. None of them went to the window to help out the two overloaded people at the windows as the line expanded out the door. When I complained, the one very young woman sitting at her desk said they have no plans on hiring more people and that i should find another bank if I don't like the wait. She then went back to sit at her desk all alone and work on the computer rather than helping out at the window. She couldn't have cared less. I am now working to follow her advise and find a new bank in the Milpitas area as soon as possible.

This bank is a piece of work I feel like they low key profile you they’re quick to turn you away instead of calling to verify your check. The bank on Landess does their job way better organized and friendlier.

Worst customer service you can experience from a bank. They don't want to talk to you or explain anything. There was a woman who was just herding customers inside like sheep. When I tried to say what I was not there for teller, she asked me to stop speaking. They didn't cooperate until I had to insist. Even then, they sandbagged about the brokerage account. On the building, they shouldn't write about financial services or brokerage, if they just deposit checks. Never seen such noncooperation from a bank.

Super annoying experience! I came in to get a cashier's check. The line was near the door and growing. While waiting the line grew to the point it was out the door. They had 2 tellers at the counter moving slower than a turtle. Meanwhile there were 3 employees asking everyone in line what they need. Once we shared what we needed they said, "someone will help you shortly". Obviously they weren't able to assist. Here's an idea, instead of having staff ask everyone in line what they need, how about have them hop behind the counter and help get the line down. Then they can go back to their comfy desks!

Poor Customer Service. They discriminate against dark skinned people or if they think you are not wealthy . Just stay away from them, you get treated like a criminal. I deposited a check for $10K, and the teller Steffany Pinedo treated me like a criminal the minute I walked up to her. She questioned the source of the deposit and If am the owner of the account for deposited account and the depositor account. She and the manager Chau Tran decided they would put an extended hold on the $10K I was trying to deposit, after I informed them that it is non of their business to question the deposit even if it is a 3rd party account. I filed a complain against them, and Wells Fargo just pushed it under the rug, saying we have investigated this matter, and will take internal actions, but did not say what action.Shame on you Wells Fargo!

This is a bank with hopeless customer service. They send a Bonus $400 invitation card to open up a check in Account. The bank is open until 5 PM PST. I walked in at 2 PM PST on Friday July 08 2022. There are very few people in the bank. 3 ladies are sitting and waiting for customers. People at the counter are also not completely occupied. A lady calls me and asks me for a reason for visit. I tell her that I am here to open the account. She looks at everything and says .. it will take more than 1 hour to open a check in account !!! You need to make an appointment. I said ..I can wait as I am running low on time for on other days than Friday.. she says sorry, I cannot help and you will have to come next week to open an account Only after you make a prior appointment ??? I tell her no body is picking up the phone at your branch and in online appointment list this branch is not available how can I make the appointment. She says sir try again online or call us to make an appointment. I left as I already wasted about 30 mins going to the branch and with the slow operations which takes 60 mins just to open the account ... no streamlined process for appointments ... there is absolutely no hope.

My grandparents brought in cash deposit & the amount is now "missing" . They have tried several times to figure out what is going on and they are telling them it's under investigation. The bank Tellers name is Ashvindeer & he even asked my grandfather "where does he work" because the amount of the cash deposit. We have asked several times why they are not seeing the funds . And we keep getting the run around . My grandparents have their receipt and there is no transaction of that cash being on file . They've gone in several times and every teller says the same thing .. they need to wait for footage . We need corporate to call us regarding this immediately it has been well over a week !

Three star average I can see why. Seriously limited bank hours due to The 19 virus. Literally showed up 1 min before 5 pm. And the door is closed and locked. The posted hours on the glass reflect 9 - 6 pm. I cannot use atm as I am a small business depositing a check for an employee working from home. A bank employee walks out and say nothing he can do. Corporate banks and financial institutions forget that small business is challenged during this time and forced to close. I'm doing my best to stay in business. And a little compassion to let me deposit a check an employee would go a long way with me in regards to loyalty. Greatly disappointed to say the least.

The worst customer banking service i have ever experienced. The service manager Chanelle Ho shows her bad attitude and customer service. I am regular business customer at Wells Fargo with weekly cash deposit. This is my first time and last time to come to Milpitas branch to make deposit. Chanelle is lazy to count the cash and tried to ask me to count by myself without verify by the counting machine. Hello, you are the bank service and you should be the one to count and make sure the deposit is correct. Worst experience ever!!! Too bad there is no zero or negative star review

I have never been so disappointed, I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for years. I have deposited and withdrew cash from this bank and other numerous banks and I never had the issue I had with this one. The atm machine crashed and refused to give me my card. They bankers had to manually take it out inside their branch and turns out all the money I deposited, none was actually deposited. I am furious because now I have to go through the trouble of filing a claim and waiting 2 weeks to get my deposit back. I have bills to pay and a good chunk of what I deposited helps me pay for everyday necessities. I don't recommend going to this place. Never has this ever happened to me anywhere else.

I like this Wells Fargo more than any other because one, they have atms inside that allow you to withdraw more cash than my daily limits compared to the atms located outside, and two, for the friendly staff I have been coming to this bank since 04'

I went to this branch for a notary & had an excellent experience.
