I went to passport size photographs. I got the email for digital copy ready to download. It needed a SMS verification code to download and the text was not coming. I went back to store for help and they told me to call customer service. And customer service asked me to go back to store. This went on for sometime before I was finally asked to scan the paper photograph by myself. The photograph was for a USCIS form and I couldn't risk if.Bad customer service and assistance. 1 mile away I went to Staples and got the photograph in less than 5 minutes.

Even if things show in stock on their website there will be nothing in store, people who work at store are not helpful

Do not use its fedex drop off service. My merchandise indicates I can drop off directly via QR code. But when I came, they said it's not allowed and asked me to print without any help. I changed to another nearby walgreens, they has a smaller drop off place but can scan QR code. I really don't know if this place doesn't have the device or they just don't want to do so.

Now I go to Walgreens quite often and never had any issues,EXCEPT this Walgreens!! I don't know if all these cashiers are still in training or are new, but somebody please help these cashiers out!! Unless you are planning on taking a mini vacation or are willing to waste half of your day, don't go here. Service sucks! Please hire experience cashiers, please.

I went to buy orange juice and it was on sale for two $9. Store manager offered $4.50 for one as the store was out of stock. I picked up 2 packs of almonds & available one orange juice & was ready to make payment but they wanted me to enroll. I refused to enroll because the offer was for the inconvenience of not having enough stock. They wasted my time as the person who offered discount was on lunch & manager was noncommital. Worst service to stay away from this very unfriendly store.

Just to refill one tooth paste, the staff made me wait for two hours.After two hours of waiting, When I requested to check the status of my order, they were so careless and arrogant in responding. Very lethargic staff at this location.

Review based solely for the FedEx on-site inside Walgreens. The staff behind the FedEx on-site is not well trained. They do not have all the equipment to print. Took a box without the label as FedEx pointed out in their email and they indicated they do not have a printer to print the label. Did show them the email which said just bring the box, the FedEx associate will print the label for you, but the staff here did not help. Ent across the street to a FedEx office location, and they were super helpful and printed the label and got my package going in no time. Wouldn’t recommend, the FedEx on-site at this Walgreens.

This review is for the pharmacy staff Erica, she is the one that always picks up every time I call about my rx on a monthly basis, and have consistently gone above and beyond in providing me accurate info about my rx status or have helped in getting it ready for pick up. I live in Fremont but I choose to drive to Walgreens Milpitas for better patient/customer service. Most times the lines are really long but I don't mind as long as I'm sure my meds are ready. Thank you Eric for your great work ethic.

5 stars for the pharmacy service at this walgreen location. Service is prompt and supportive from all personnels. Despite being super short staff during pandemic. Special recognition to pharmacist Mina - she is knowledgeable, friendly and not afraid of giving you good advice. When there is no line, she will also go "above and beyond" to look and understand your request and concern. She truly is an angel and she always put herself in your shoes.Thank you Walgreen pharmacy and thank you Mina for your time and efforts.

Never go to this Walgreens or any Walgreens for that matter for a covid test. Walgreens will tell you it takes 48-72 hours for a test result, but what they don't tell you is that they send it to another company to do that actual testing and that company ,aegis sciences, takes another 48-72 hours to process the test. Both companies will straight up lie to your face. It will take literally 7 business days to get a result. But they will lie to you and say it only takes 3 days.
