After reading I was very concerned but by end of process it had changed my opinion.
We had appointment at 10:15 AM and we reached before 10 min and It was for my infant kid for getting new passport. Thank you to Suneela the passport agent who was very professional and helpful explaining everything. Suneela was super patient and helpful while communicating and collecting documents and Other colleague helping in taking the passport photos. Overall it was super nice ? and fast paced work.
All the process was done in less than 15 minute.

This post office is much much better than the others I’ve been to. The female staff is so cooperative and friendly.

No good handling of packages in my opinion and they made me pay for tape for my package, opt out for government and use UPS or FedEx or other private company postal services

Quite helpful. Most recently, I had an international package that couldn’t be delivered, but a helpful and diligent post office worker found it, despite the address not being printed well.

It was my first time getting a passport. I had an appointment and was in/out within 10 minutes. Thank you to Suneela the passport agent who was professional and helpful explaining everything. I got an adult book and card with photo service Grand total of $214.10.

One of the worst businesses I have ever been to. Not one of the worst postal businesses, one of the worst businesses ever. What a waste of time. After spending about 15 minutes in there, I ended up walking out with my package to mail it at another location on another day. It was one thing after another with that guy. Please save yourself the hassle and bring your business elsewhere.

Passport service staff doesn’t do their job. Customers wait from morning for walk in time of 2 PM but they do not serve them even if they are seating idle during appointment hours. I have seen this two days. If no one comes during appointment hours, serve walk in customers, simple!

So unhelpful! Tried to have my mail forwarded to the new address and they made me come in 4 different times in a week with different peices of mail. One person said a digital version worked then the other said it didn’t then after all of that I went in on Friday they told me to come in on Monday just then on Monday for them to tell me notice was expired and I was gonna have to start the process all over again which ISNT possible because I would need the notice that is sent IN THE MAIL to be able to do it! And my mail is being held a a facility until I verify. Not a single time did they just say you can go online and do it.
