This seafood City in Milpitas is a great complex of Filipino food within the Milpitas area. It is connected to a Chow King, Red Ribbon, Valerio's bakery and a Goldilocks Bakery. For those of us that do not have filipino food where we live( Most Of The USA) it is great having a place 15 minutes form an airport, as we can do our grocery shopping in one stop before flying back home at the end of a vacation.

Lyn manangan is beyond helpful and super welcoming and also very fast. I came in with three things deposit, withdraw, Mobil app help. She seriously nailed them all at the same time talk multitasking at its finest. She helped me understand my app fully and I really appreciate that. Thank you Lyn for being very kind and professional and great at you're job. I will for sure be using this location for all banking needs.

Nobody knows what they're doing on top of that they have no sense of urgency or try to figure out what to do when you're there Hector is the worst of very smug person that I feel has a power trip and abuses his position and title wish I can find a good US Bank but I've been to six of them and it seems

The customer service here is great and is located inside of the Filipino plaza store. They're open until 7 which is also a big plus.

Someone should tell Ms Rowena about customer service. Is there zero star to give here. I am preffered customer mean monthly maintenance fee about 20$. My mortgage and salary account with them along with checking and saving. My account was locked and called support. They told me to go to branch and I spoiled my weekend going there today. First Ms Rowena was chatting with some known customer for long long time till other guy came to help me. Soon to realize I have to go back to line as he has no enough permissions in system to activate my account. She unwilling tried to help saying its weekend she may not be able to log into system and all that. 1 hr later I was still there almost begging for help ready to come back on weekday. Luckily I was able to activate my accounts What I did next??? I closed all my accounts with US Bank today. She was still not moved by any actions and no signs of regrets. Either they don't pay her or she has no idea about customer service. In that case she should go back to her previous job. Had to leave Mortgage as that's not easy to transfer. Seeing so many bad reviews about this location, I wish I had chosen something else.

I need to cash US Bank checks and I am a non member. Surprisedly the assistant Mgr, Venus, handled the call smoothly. She knows the process quiet well and told me the requirement. She also confirmed that she'd get back to me once she gets an approval from her Operation Manager. I appreciate the professionalism for the little branch inside the Supermarket Plaza with 6 digit checks. Highly recommended to call in advance for bigger transaction.

I was trying to pay my car loan and the sales lady said I can't pay more than $500 which my car loan is $800 . Suggest me to come back the next day which I live far and weekends is my days off.
