I've been to this UPS and another one around the town since I'm a local for almost 10 years. Here was previous owned by someone else and that dude worked here which was rude, so I turned to the UPS on Warren Ave in Fremont for w while even it's further distance for me. This UPS changed to a new management team for quite a while already after the pandemic and they are so friendly & helpful! (Seems it's owned by an Asian couple). They greet and thank you for the business that you come in with (even when the times I was just making my Amz returns). Very fast to get you serviced and I hardly have to wait for long. Once I realized this store is under new ownership and tried myself, I'm happy with the service so come back most of the times now. Seems the low rating shown has been carried over from previous management which I think is not fair. Don't be hesitated to come here for services. I'm so glad to see more good things happening for locals!

This location is not worthy of the name UPS. I took a Dyson return, and the storekeeper's only response was that I needed to box it. He refused to process it unless I paid $22 for boxing and labeling. Dyson covers Boxing cost with their reference number. Why people with such attitude are allowed to be in a service capacity is a shame for UPS.

Since the change in management the service level has increased exponentially! You can just get the feeling that everybody is much more happier when they come in now and they get you In-N-Out quickly and efficiently...

I want to complain about the UPS in Milpitas. The staff's attitude is very poor! We needed to return something to Amazon, and it was clearly registered as "no box, no label needed." However, when we went to UPS, the staff handed us a form, insisting that we had to prepare according to the requirements on the form. When we asked for clarification, they simply said, "Read it yourself! It's written clearly!" Their tone was really unpleasant! I don't understand, can't we ask for clarification?
We didn't have time to print the label, and the UPS staff said it would cost $2 per label. We had to pay it ourselves. Then UPS claimed that the box wasn't packed properly and insisted on using tape all over the entire box. When we asked if we could borrow tape, they said there was tape on the shelf across and that we had to buy it ourselves! It's really frustrating! I've never encountered such poor service from UPS!!!
This isn't the first time; previously, we needed to send documents to China, and they quoted $100 for shipping. After a while, they said it was $140, and later on, they claimed it was $180! It's like they keep changing the prices! We refused and told them they had initially said they were the cheapest!

Today I went here this man wanted at the ups store he didn't wanted to tape my return box another ups store has done this for me just this store so rude he needs to be respectful or let him go this guy

I had a great experience at this UPS store. I was renewing my passport and had to get many printouts, photocopies, and get documents notarized. The staff helped me patiently with all my requests.

They're always complaining about packages not having enough tape and wanting to charge extravagant amounts for a little tape. Gimme a break for once.

I was there to drop off the USPS packages. They won't scan the box and print out the receipt. They wanted me to leave the box and get out off the store. Very strange. I dropped off to the next door UPS inside the Staples. They scan all the boxes and give me the print out. Do not go to this UPS store with such a lousy and poor customer service.

Had such bad experience! Head to inquiry the package price and seek any advice for shiping. The owner's attitude makes me feel so terrible showing no respect to me. She unexpectedly stopped my inquiry without patient to get my response, but directly treats another customer behind me. First time to write a bad review. Would prefer waiting hours for a custom service call rather getting there anymore.

WORST UPS store EVER! The owner tried pulling a fast one, pushing us to pick the pricey shipping by threatening our package would vanish otherwise. Quoted $30+ for UPS, but USPS does it for $8.05. When asked why so steep, the answer was just "because it's UPS." Seriously? Not impressed!
