The management at the store is rude and discriminates against the LGBT community. When they find out that you are a member of the LGBT community, they will begin hanging up on you when you call. they will create new policies on the spur of a moment just because they do not want to serve you. This is not moral it is illegal. Complaints made to corporate are simply ignored and no action is taken to correct the problem. They violate every policy that corporate places on their store because they do not want to take care of the LGBT community. Avoid this at all cost. You also never know if the store is going to be open or not. Half of the time they are closed during regular business hours even if you call ahead of time and confirm their hours. They even close the store during the holiday season so that all of the employees can go together to get food because they don't care about customers. The Livermore outlet is an amazing location. Both the management and the employees take care of customers and welcome you in as your family. It's only a little bit of an extra drive, but it is worth the extra time.

X X X BOYCOTT THIS STORE X X X This is my second review, and I see several other customers having the same issues with the store and repeatedly reporting these issues. Yet True Religion corporate seems to do nothing about it. Well, how about everybody BOYCOTT this store. Every employee at the store thinks they're the hottest s**t on this planet. They continue to act privileged, make their own rules, not follow the corporate policies, and give the rudest demeanor to their clients. 1. Online purchases and returns: so True Religion recently updated their return policies from online purchases, where they basically made it impossible for customers to make a return. Be online on the store, you will go through hell and end up keeping the item. 2. Store phones: over the past few months, and I continue to repeatedly run into this issue with the store, where I call prior to going into the store to ask them their hours. Last week I called the store, when the call was answered. I asked politely what time do they close. The employee hung up on me without a word. And it's the same employee every single time and she continues to get away with this nonsense and shitty behavior. I called back eight times, including blocking my number three calls were unanswered, and the remainder were picked up and hung up right away. 3. In store returns: so due to a lack of response from online customer service, with a 30 day return policy, and this store refuses to answer their phones, and build their own return policies over looking corporate return policies. I am past 30 days between the runaround. So when I do take the item into the store for even exchange or store credit. I get told that the price they're willing to offer for the no receipt return, incorrect because I have the receipt but it's just past 30 days. The offer they gave me is the lowest price that they can find in the system and another 50% reduction because that's their assumption that's what I paid for the item. And this is an item that is full price in their store and on the website. 4. Employee demeanor: throughout the whole experience, every employee is unwilling to help you, unapproachable, act like they are so busy and the hottest people on this planet. The employee I was dealing with, After announcing the policy he made himself, that he pulled out of thin air, that is not a corporate policy, and that is not posted anywhere in the store, was so rude and unprofessional with his behavior. And after announcing this policy with a sassy little attitude, this privileged b**** walk away, stroking his ego in the utmost unprofessional behavior. 5. Lack of action from True Religion.: I am shocked beyond belief how true religion continues to allow such disgusting unprofessional behavior to continue to grow in their stores. I have informed the store manager, Desiree about all of these issues. And no action was taken. The last time I was in the store I talked to Desiree in person, and shocking she did not seem to care at all. One of the girls overheard my conversation with Desiree, and she asked me or are you the one who called earlier? And I recognized her voice, and felt like giving it to her in her face in her own store, oh, you're the unprofessional, rude employee who hangs up on her customers. Too bad I don't have her name to put her on blast here. No employees in the store name tag so you can't tell even if they're an employee sometimes. If you are reading this, please do yourself a favor. Don't go to the store. Boycott this location!

Came to the mall to do a return however when I tried to enter the store we were told they were closed. It was to my understanding that the store closes at 9PM, same as the mall. Maybe try updating websites to reflect the correct times so people don't waste their time coming to the store. Also, maybe try approaching the customers politely letting them know that you are closed instead of giving them hand gestures that let them know you're closed. Awful customer service.

Horrible customer service. I went in, picked a pair of jeans and asked if I could try them on. The employees just gave me an attitude and said the fitting room was closed, at 7pm? When I asked if there's issue or remodeling, they just said "nope, it's just closed" . Don't bother shopping here and buy online since you have to go home to try them on anyway.

This is not my brand but I just drop by here since family are visiting from Las Vegas .I was looking for my size . The employee in cashier fixed the clothes I was looking for. Very rude customer service. She said I have to asked for a size and fixed while I was looking. I I told my family while I was there. She yelled at me and asked If I am talking to her. Looks like she does not get paid enough . She is not happy for being there.

Terrible customer service I asked for fitting rooms they said they were not available and I asked so I have to buy your clothes without trying it on? The lady said yes. This clothes are not cheap to buy and then return if it doesn’t work for you.

I was told the dressing room was closed and there isn't a estimated time it would be open asked for a manager and was told she is not in so you going to lose a 300+ sale because you want allow me to try items on but clearly just watched someone come out the dressing room I called a hour later to see if the dressing room is open and was told they want be open till they are able to hire more staff

Every single time I have been to this location, I have either experienced rude customer service. On one occasion, it was closed during regular business hours with no sign up. Another occasion, it was actually open. I went in, looked around at jeans and I could tell the young lady was getting annoyed with me unfolding the jeans to look at them. Instead of asking me for a size, she would refold what I had folded. And I know I don't fold crappy- I had experience in retail folding clothes too lol. Then when I asked for a size she just said, "we don't have that size. " She didn't try to look or recommend something similar. I jus thought she was so rude that I left and ended up purchasing over $500 though their online retail store. Well, that money could have gone to their store, but they missed out because of their rude behavior. Then today (9/24/23 at 3:45pm), I went to open the door because the sign said "push door to open." As I went to open it a young girl pushed it back and said something though the glass door and I couldn't hear. Then I gestured that I couldn't hear her and she opened the door slightly and said, "we are closed." No explanation or anything and it's not like the mall was closing. There is a pattern here. They are always closing. How to they expect to meet sales goals. Every time I've ever passed by, there is literally no one in the store. Their jeans are still expensive for being an outlet so how do they expect to keep their doors open literally if they act like unprofessional idiots who don't know how customer service works. I'm betting this store will close soon. How can you continually stay open if you are always closed and pay employees to work each out if you aren't making profit, let alone have to pay high rent to the Great Mall. Better this store just closes. You can find the same jeans at Nordstrom Rack or just buy online. They have way better deals than in store.

Today my wife shop at store she forgot her handbag there , when she came back ask for it , no one’s response for her and actually they stole and hide from her , until my wife ask to check the camara, then someone at store take it out and give back to her ,my wife doesn’t speak English well after they return then they tell her to get out the store, is that true religion‘employee discrimination or what

Went to the mall with my uncle today and this store was supposed to open at 10 am, Get there at 11 and the door is locked so my uncle calls, girl says she is going to open the door soon so we walk around mall once and nothing. So we walk around a 2nd time, mind u it's almost 12 so we call again and ask to talk to a manager, she says I'm the manager he explains what happened and she flat out says that's not true and he goes yes is is and she says well that's not how it happened and hung up on his face. Her name was Sharon, so he proceeds to call back and says did u hang up on my face and she says yes I did do my uncle tells her he is going to have to report it because that's not how ur supposed to treat customers and Sharon flat out says I don't care and hangs up again. I've been a manager before and that's not how u handle people at all especially if ur the reason the store opened over 2 hours late and no money was being made. What great management

Literally drove all the way over here for my nephew to shop here and even though it says they close at 7 they were closed at 6:30. Literally how annoying and inconsiderate.
