Orlando started on time, finished in half the quoted time and charged me less than quoted, all while making sure that I have wifi while wait on the sofa. WTH, this is real old school service. “I have tested their honesty very please with them. I have Lexus I brought to Envision Toyota at Milpitas for yearly service maintenance. They recommend to change all my breaks and of course it’s costly. I decided to have Alvin’s Auto Repair Shop to have them change . I’m suprised Michael said your breaks are still good to go for 25,000 miles ! Thanks for Michael ‘s honesty. This year I have them replaced for a fraction of the price from what the dealer quoted me. My tires were at the absolute brink of catastrophe and this team worked with ALL means necessary to get the sophisticated lock nuts off the car, replace 2 studs and get me new tires AFTER hours. They did a great job and honestly this is the service many companies and businesses should strive to have. It’s hard to find people who are this dedicated to a craft in this industry. The ford dealership would’ve charged$1,700 for the same service I had prepared at Big O at $670.”
“I was in a pinch with a nail in the tire around 4:30 on a Saturday. I called multiple shops that closed at 6pm and they turned me away and told me they wouldn’t have it done until the next day. I called this Wheel Works and Art picked up. Very helpful and initially provided conservative expectations (under promise/ over deliver). I ended the phone call thinking I had to still look elsewhere. Art called me back after confirming with the BOH that he could get it done and I was in and out within an hour. “Bernedette provides a friendly approach as well as is extremely thorough in explaining what service was done to your vehicle. While she is the only one running the front desk with no breaks she still can pull off her duties. Pay her more for the chaotic atmosphere she has to deal with in regards to impatient and entirely rude customers, especially those who don’t speak good English as I have seen first hand while waiting on my vehicle.”
