Products are great and comfortable. I think Timberland boots especially are one of the best boots one can buy at the $150+ range and therefore the low score is not a reflection of the quality and value of the product, but the bad score is more so on the service. For one, the staff seemed very disinterested on making sure we are buying the right products. I bought these nubuck Timberland boots, and at the cash register I was looking for boot treatments in making my boots more water resistant. I picked out the only thing I thought would work. Turns out on the bottom, the directions says "Not for suede or nubuck." Gee thanks Timberland staff. You could've pointed this out before I bought it. Instead they were just there to just go through the motions. Now I cannot buy any nubuck treatment in time before my trip because the staff here don't give any thoughts to the customer experience.

There are many styles, and the store will not only have simple or ugly styles just because it is a special discount outlet. The 30% discount is really a good deal, but remember to add tax of about 9.3% to the total price when converting!

The customer service here is great! The store is clean and organized but for me it's all about the customer service. They didn't have the size I wanted and that is because it's an Outlet. So they have the sizes when they get them. Don't blame the store or the employees, just blame luck. They did introduce me to some extremely comfortable hiking shoes that have wonderful traction and are waterproof. It's my daily pair to wear during this wet season. Can't stress how great the team is over at this timberland outlet store. Super helpful, genuinely respectful and nice. Much appreciated!

Terrible service, the store manager wasn’t intended to fix the defective bootie problem, arrogant attitude rather than fixing the problem, I will never buy any product from this store

Good selection of Timberland shoes for all gender. I bought from here several times since they open. Most shoes are regular priced and only the sale items have a good discount. The inventory are out on the show floor so its easy to see if they have the correct size. They also sell some accessories and clothing.

The young lady work there seem like not happy thru out the transaction, we try to say thanks, great and etc. but she had no response at all. The whole vibe she give out make us don't want to shop there again.

Workers were polite and very helpful. They had a great selection & stock. Check out went really smooth too. Bri and Daniel were extremely helpful. They were able to order the shoes I wanted. Thank you for the great customer service
